Title: Any help for a guilty feeling Dad who had deleted a save file?
Post by: gazza210 on December 28, 2011, 09:43:04 PM
Hi,

My daughter has been playing and loving papa's freezeria and had reached level 60 or something.

A couple of night's I did a CCleaner on my machine and you know what has happened!!!!

I had a very tearful young lady phoning me up at work to tell me all of her game data had disappeared.  After investigating I realised the problem was due to the CCleaner operation.

I think I have managed to retrieve the deleted save file by using a data recovery programme but every time I place the recovered save file in the save position on the computer and then start up the game the restored file gets deleted andd a new 'start again' save file appears.

Anybody out there able to help..............please, I am feeling very guilty!

The newer Gamerias have options to save a file

I believe that Freezeria has this too. You could try it with your daughter’s new saved if nothing else works so that this won’t happen agai.

Not sure she will be distressed after a lost save file in a virtual game six years after it was deleted.

This topic has been created almost 6 years ago.
The last reply was posted exactly 5 years ago.
Not sure if this bump was a coincidence/intentionally done. :/

I wonder why it was linked. (Joe did)

Joe links everything and somehow always tricks us into reviving an old topic.
That's why I've resolved to never click any forum link Joe puts in the shoutbox.
