Title: How Did You Discover Flipline Studios?
Post by: Kory on January 31, 2019, 07:40:03 AM
Talk about how you discovered Flipline Studios here!

My story: One day, back in like 3rd grade, I saw one of my friends playing Hot Doggeria on a website (now-defunct) called Playallday. I thought it looked fun so I looked for it when I went home. To my surprise, there was plenty of other Gamerias. After this, I played Hot Doggeria and Freezeria nonstop. For a while, I forgot about Flipline and checked that summer to see what they've been popping out (I believe the newest game was PL2.) After Cupcakeria's release is when I became an avid Flipline fan. Ever since, I've been checking the forum and the blog every day.

So one day, I was on a site called SilverGames.com, I was playing a game called VVVVVV (the demo). And Papa’s Pizzeria was in the recommended games section. I tried it and I loved it.

In 2012-2013, I was playing games on a site (Friv). I saw a pizza symbol game and then I started to play it (Papa's Pizzeria) and then the page recommended Papa's Freezeria. I started to play it and then I found Flipline Studios website. I started to play Papa's Cupcakeria until Papa's Donuteria got released (I finished Cupcakeria at the end of 2013 and I finished Donuteria in July 2014). I played these games with my brother's laptop, which is broken and dead now.

It was when I was introduced to Coolmath.com in elementary school. It was back when a list of the ten or so newest games appeared to the right of your screen when you were playing a game. One day when that list updated, the newest game's name caught my attention. Papa's Pizzeria. I tried the game, and I fell in love with everything. The music, the characters, the art design, the gameplay mechanics... everything. I played this game everyday after school and I became fascinated by it with every passing in-game day. Then, when I looked the game up on Google to get to Papa's Pizzeria, I discovered that there was a whole website dedicated to these Papa's games. The latest one at the time was Papa's Freezeria, and then of course I had to play the games I was missing out on.

That was around 2011-2012 and I've been a Flipline fan ever since then. :)

I honestly don't remember! It was either on Coolmathgames or when my mom downloaded Papa's Freezeria To Go! It might have been PL2 that I was playing when I found the website, Papa Louie Arcade! Then, when I was in Indiana for vacation, I saw the forum and registered.

I saw students at my school playing the gamerias at my school in 6th grade.

Also, the summer after, I played the bloop out of PL2.

Anyway, I had been stalking the forum for the longest time because I was scared to make an account. That changed when guests were temporarily kicked.

I was actually playing Flipline Games from 2010. I discovered it in 2014 by accidentally pressing a button in Papa Louie 2 but became more regular as a visitor one year later, in October of 2015 by watching discussions in the forum which ended up deciding that I wanted to contribute too. I first signed up in May of 2016 not being really active until October 2016 and till then I feel like I belong here.

I first played Papa's Freezeria on Coolmath-games. I also found Remnants of Skystone on Kongregate and played that for a long time. I eventually found the website and played more, while stalking the forum because I wasn't allowed to make an account.

The right time I learnt about Papa Louie Games was when Bakeria came out!I firstly found Gameria interesting back in 2016.The content of the game, and the designs of all customers attracted me a lot. After I completed Bakeria,I realize I seemed to have a crush on someone who cross his arms with a smile.Oh you know who he is right?

When I was like 7 or something I really like playing a bunch of flash games at Y8.com. Then suddenly I saw Papa's Freezeria, and as I clicked "play" I couldn't stop playing it for hours. Then I tried the other games that was released that time, Pizzeria, Taco Mia, Burgeria... and then the time Bakeria was released was the time I discovered the forum.

Sometime around 2012, I was trying a few games on Friv, and one day I clicked on Papa's Pizzeria's icon. I started playing, and while I wasn't very good at it, I still liked it. I then noticed Papa's Freezeria underneath the game I was playing. I clicked on that, thinking it would be about making ice cream. I was right. I only played the tutorial, if I remember correctly. In 2013 and 2014, I would only play the Gamerias rarely, on different websites.

But in April 2015, I was playing Papa's Cupcakeria almost every day - unaware of PNC 2015 and Papa's Cheeseria. I eventually stopped playing until the beginning of 2016, when I found Flipline's website after playing the Gamerias once again. Immediately after looking at the blog for the first time, I was excited for Papa's Bakeria.  ;)

Once upon a time, in 2017, this girl called Riley showed me Papa's Freezeria. I loved it and started exploring the other ones. I got in trouble with my teacher, but the next year I got a computer and played them all the time. Soon I found this site.

When I was in Elementary school, me and my brothers would play around on the family computer, it was one of those big dell computers with box screen. We discovered Papa’s Freezeria and screwed around with orders making them as terribly as possible. Then in Middle School, I would play Papa’s Wingeria on the school computers and I was hooked, when Papa’s Sushiria came out I was really hooked, then I discovered the website, blog, and forums, and that’s where I stand today, a huge Flipline fan

2011. Pizzeria on Friz, found Burgeria, Taco Mia and Freezeria on Kizi. By 2012 I discovered Pancakeria, played that. I finally searched Flipline and found the blog around the time of Papa's Next Chefs 2012. From there I regularly checked the blog and since Hot Doggeria been a total fan! I joined the forum less than a year later for KCP13. Then I've been a member here for 6 years!

It's weird seeing this. I was 3 in 2005. It's weird being one of the "older" users here.

Emm, in 2013(Maybe earlier than that 'cuz I don't remember it lol), firstly I found Papa Games on the site, because it's awesome, and thought they're interesting. and it was summer vacation in 2015 when I discovered and played Donuteria, then found wiki and knew more. But in last year(2018) I just found Flipline website :crylaugh: , then I was in Chinese Discussion(Tieba), then because of Mannie's drawing, I'm here lol :crylaugh: (English sucks lol)
