Title: Survivor: Mozambique DAY 29
Post by: CursedSkylark on July 21, 2019, 02:56:30 PM
Gato allowed me to attempt to revive Forum Survivor, since it has been some time since it has happened. In addition to that, after Kief revived this, I ended up locking this for Season 11.

Survivor Mozambique

CREDITS: Nickito, Original Creator; Gato, Survivor Council Member; Kief, Survivor Council Member

Welcome to Survivor! The contestants will be split into 2 or 3 tribes after signing up. These tribes compete in challenges. Reward Challenges give the winner some sort of advantage in the game, and are a little uncommon. Immunity Challenges give the winner immunity from being voted out of the game. If a tribe wins immunity, the losing tribe(s) go to Tribal Council. At Tribal Council, everyone attending must vote for someone else without immunity to be eliminated from the game permanently. After a certain amount of people are voted off, everyone merges into one tribe. Before the Tribe Merge, some games may have had a new tribe or tribe switches. Challenges are now individual. One person gets the reward, one person gets immunity. If the Immunity Challenge is won at this stage, everyone goes to tribal, but the person who won the Immunity Challenge cannot receive votes. When only 2 contestants remain, a jury of eliminated contestants will vote for the winner, these are generally the contestants voted out after the Tribe Merge.

Rules

BREAKING ANY OF THESE RULES WILL RESULT IN STRIKES, THE AMOUNT DEPENDS ON THE HOST

1. Play the Game
There are 3 parts to the game. Reward Challenge, Immunity Challenge and Tribal Council. If you sign up, make sure you are prepared to take part in all of those. If you don't, the host might give you a strike.

2. Alliances
Alliances are perfectly fine. You are allowed to have these but you MUST PM the host as well. If you don't and it is found out, you will get a strike. The host will warn you first of all, but do it multiple times it will lead to a strike.

3. Activity
It is not known for users when they might become inactive, but if you know you might go inactive or take a break, don't sign up.

4. Cheating
Don't cheat. Just don't.

5. Complaining
If something happens that you don't like, to complain about it unless you find it serious.

6. Patience
The game is hard to run and host, so have a little patience for updates.

7. Editing Posts
Don't, just re-do it by posting it again. Don't remove them either.

8. Respect
At all times, please show respect to the host.

What about 3 tribes of 5? TBH I'd be pissed. 3 tribes of 6 would be sweet but that's unlikely.

Most of them probably aren't signing up. Sky told me that Danny already had his experience of Survivor. Gato and Joey are playing Survivor on Discord and Rumen isn't around that much in the forum these days but might pop in at the last minute like the did in Easter Island.

We have 14 already, which is more than what Easter Island had. I know there are some people who want to play, and if they do we can get 16.

I don't understand this, but if it means I'm not joining, then sure. Look, I wanted to play Easter Island for nostalgic reasons; but sometimes, things happen and it makes me not being able to stay focus in the game. Things like 4th of July or KCP just makes me feel like I either don't have too much time now to play unlike 2017, or I'm just not so into Survivor anymore. Besides, I enter school in less than a month and I rather focus on that first. Sorry guys, but I'm going to sit out for now. Good luck though!

Okay so while planning everything for now, I've figured the best day for starting this will be the 5th of August.

I will PM everyone this so they're aware, so if you have any issues with the start date, let me know and I'll try work around it! (Seriously, I will try find a way around it so don't worry about it.)

If Brother E plays, then Ianiant will probably step off from playing. I'd rather see a new face than an old castaway playing again tbh. However, if Sky can pull some strings and get a 17 castaway season I'm up.

I don't mind skipping out this once if it's full. ;)

If you are doing 17 sign ups, DO NOT do what Kief did- do two tribes of 8 and exile island. Much fairer that way

(no I cannot play, I am playing a different org rn, just wanted to say that)

Day 0: A Welcome to Mozambique!

Welcome to Survivor.

The game, where anything can happen. Especially after Kief adding too many twists in Easter Island or Joey doing twists in Atlantic.

And everything, can end up in pieces with one mistake.

Over the next 39 days, these 17 castaways, are going to spend their time using all of their blood, sweat and tears to make it to the very end: the Final Tribal Council, where one of them will win 1 million dollars and the title of Sole Survivor.

However, there is only one thing standing in their way, and that is, the other players - as this is still a game of strategy, friendship and betrayal - and once your torch is snuffed, its snuffed forever.

For this season, we make the first ever trip to Africa, in the south east coast, with Madagascar a sea away from it as we venture into the unknown, once again.

39 Days.........

17 People..........

1

SURVIVOR!
Hopefully I didn't overuse gifs

Come on in guys! Welcome to Survivor!

As you can see, none of you have been sorted into a tribe yet and you may wonder why that's the case, well this isn't Day 1, its Day 0.

So, what does that mean? Well I have some announcements to clear out at first.

Firstly, Mangatars are having a comeback! This is actually quite important as it will be your avatar in this game, but nothing else. You will all be required to make one at faceyourmanga.com (then screenshot the image, don't get it emailed or whatever) - I will then remake it once you are sorted into Tribes.

Note: If you are unable to make one, tell me how you want your avatar to look like and I'll try make it for you! If you have played Mato Grosso, I probably do have your Mangatar, however, so if you want to reuse that, feel free!

Secondly, we are not going to be sorted into tribes just yet. Instead, we're going to make a list of the people who you want to be paired up with the most, to the least. This can be a random list, or it can be personal. Whatever it is, the list won't be revealed at all, it will just influence your pairing. However, there is a catch - There are 17 of us, and 17 divided by 2 is 8.5.

This is where I get to announce, the person without a pair will be EXILED. This time, it isn't luck that gets you exiled, but personal choices, so choose wisely!

Other than that, I'll see you in 24 hours (enough time for you to do all this) to announce the Tribes! The pairings will also be public. Anyone who doesn't send a list just - well, it makes things harder so please don't do that.

Good luck!

-Communication with every castaway in the game is permitted, as long as I'm involved. This may be done via Discord or Forum PM.
-Alliances are prohibited. Keep all chats as one on ones, alliances right now will ruin the game. Even ANY talk of suggesting or implying alliances will not go down well with me.
-Small talk and getting to know each other more is fair game.
-NO DISCUSSING LISTS - that gives you a strike, even if I see a hint about it.

Post by: Archie!! on August 05, 2019, 02:53:12 AM
If we only have small talk why should we include you in conversation? I think it'd get a bit spammy for you tbh, especially since no alliances are created and little game is spoken.

I don't mind it. Spam or no spam I'm like always online anyway.

Also surely you want a bit of um, well you know, credit to your host opinions?

Its not like I'll be stalking every message.

Day 1 - Meet Your Tribes!

Come on in guys!

So, after [just over] 24 hours, I have finally found a way to pair you up! Here are the pairs!

Colts and Speedo!

Hye and Kief!

Archie and Ibzy!

Flip and Ianiant!

Bandero and Brother E!

Bluey and Lavender!

Mira and Vespa!

Ontop and Rumen!

Unfortunately, Aquadonna, that means you won't have a pair, but instead a trip to Exile Island, immune from the first Tribal Council and joining the losing Tribe on Day 4, have fun!

Okay, now the pairing ceremony is over, its time to split. You will both have to stay alive on your own accord, with your partner on the other tribe. Thus this, I ended up spinning a wheel of the 8 that ranked the people highest, putting the first 2 on Amaramba and the next 2 on Namuli - then repeated the process with the remaining 4.

So let's get the Tribes!

on Amaramba we have:
Bandero
Colts
Flip
Hye
Ibzy
Lavender
Rumen
Vespa

And that means on Namuli we have:
Archie
Brother E
Bluey
Ianiant
Kief
Mira
Ontop
Speedo

Get to know each other and have fun! I'll see you in 24 hours for your first challenge!

Also, alliances and all that are fair game now.

Cool! The whole pair ranking is surprising. I didn't expect that to be the result!
What if one other pair's eliminated?
I don't think anything happens. I do believe that there's something special for the last 1/2/3 pairs remaining, so that's that.

Day 2 - Reward and Immunity Challenge

Amaramba
Bandero
Colts
Flip
Hye
Ibzy
Lavender
Rumen
Vespa

Namuli
Archie
Brother E
Bluey
Ianiant
Kief
Mira
Ontop
Speedo

Exile Island
Aquadonna

Come on in guys! It's time for your first immunity challenge! This is one of the first challenges where you will be hunting for one of the most wanted things in the game during Premerge, the Tribal Immunity.

For this challenge, we will be doing trials. In your tribes, you will split into a group of 4, a group of 3 and be left with one person.

The group of 4 will do a flash game, called 10 Bullets. In this game, you just need to get the highest score you possibly can!

https://www.kongregate.com/games/sushistory/10-bullets

The group of 3 will do a jigsaw puzzle, which is linked below. In this puzzle, try to get the lowest time possible! Do note I tested this puzzle out which is why it took a bit longer.

https://www.jigsawplanet.com/?rc=play&pid=01fb02846649

Finally, the remaining person will be doing the Tribe Flag.
As per usual, the flag must include:

-Tribe Hex Code, Amaramba [#df4d37], Namuli [#00ce78] as the main colour
-The Tribe's name
-Every Tribe member's name
-Fit in with Mozambique, in some way, shape or form.

I will be using Kief's method of grading your scores:

-Originality: Is your flag unique? Is it interesting?
-Eye Catching: Is your flag captivating? Is it bright or dull?
-Brief Fitting: Does it have Easter Island on it? Is it your colour?
-Looks: Does your flag look visually pleasing? Is it ugly?

With that, its over to you! First decide in your tribes who's doing what, then submit!

If a mishap happens, such as 3 people submitting for the the game and 4 people submitting for the puzzle, I will average the highest and lowest time of the puzzle, and give a 0 for the game, so be careful that everyone submits for the correct section!

From now, you have 24 hours to submit, good luck!

Day 2: Unexpected Circumstances Arise

Come on in guys! Just a little notice that Hye has chosen to quit the game due to unexpected circumstances.

Because its during a challenge period, I have no other option than to really continue the challenge so submit as you normally would: flag, game, puzzle.

I'll work around the section Hye was meant to be doing when tallying the results.

Day 2: Reward/Immunity Results!

Amaramba:
Bandero - 5:21
[Quit Spot] - 10:42 (Can't average it out if only 1 person submitted)
[Non-Submission] - 16:32

Amaramba Total: 32:35 (not submitting = double slowest time)

Namuli:
Kief - 8:16
Ianiant - 3:44
Mira - 2:03

Namuli Total: 14:03

That means Namuli win this section!

I got no submissions, I'm quite disappointed too, guys.

Amaramba:
Colts: 275
Ibzy: 295
Lavender: 0 (A 265 was reported with no screenshot)
[Non-Submission]: 0

Amaramba Total:  570

Namuli:
Speedo: 346
Archie: 471
Brother E: 0 (A 164 was reported with no screenshot)
[Non-Submission]: 0

Namuli Total: 817

That also means Namuli win the Game Section and win reward and immunity! Archie, take this, safe from Tribal Council and living to see another day!

Amaramba, I'll see you at the Tribal Council area shortly.

Once you return, Aquadonna will join your tribe. Until then, grab your things and head back to camp.

Amaramba, welcome to Tribal Council. Please grab a torch and dip it into the fire. In this game, fire represents your life, once it is gone, so are you.

Here are your questions! Please answer them in this topic!

Bandero, being the only person to submit for the puzzle, how did you feel?
Colts, with idols being revealed, how much talk of them is there for now?
Flip, Rumen and Vespa, neither of you submitted anything and got a strike, do you think that can put a target on your back?
Ibzy, what are your first thoughts on the pairing twist?
Lavender, did Hye's quit surprise you? What were your opinions on them?

You have 24 hours to discuss the vote in PM's, answer your questions and vote! Any attempt at getting an idol in this time will result in no answer to the Amaramba Tribe members. Not voting in the time required will result in a self-vote and strike, so please be aware of that.

Good luck!

Also, if I do go out, I just wanted to say I've had lots of fun and I may join the next season. Thanks!  ;D

I'm a little disappointed that so many people didn't submit, but hopefully after this tribal council we can band together and be more active.

Good luck!
First of all, I apologize for not sending anything. I had some wifi issues this past days and I couldn't see the challenge before it was too late. Also, yes, I do think that could put a target on my back since I failed the tribe and obviously I have to suffer the consequences.

Absolutely none. We have a lot of newbies who don't know how idols work, so I don't hear anything about idols.

I may be participating challenges further but I'm on mobile the whole time due to moving places.

However, if I'm on Web [proven via screenshot], this means moving hasn't started yet.

It's time for you to go.

So, apart from self votes, it seems you guys are united. Will this continue when Aquadonna joins your tribe? Only time will tell, but with a stormy ascent to one up the other tribe, you'll need all the help you can get. Grab your things and head back to camp.

Day 4: Treemail = Representatives for Reward

Come on in guys! It's time for your reward challenge!

For this challenge, I asked you to send a representative for your tribe. Namuli chose Archie, Amaramba chose Bandero.

Now, want to know what you guys will be playing for? Well, its up to the winner of the challenge.

Here's the game, it's short and simple. Assuming both of you are here ready to waste your time, there's nothing better than wasting it than being 95% of the level through, then failing it, but having to restart because checkpoints don't exist.

It's Steak and Jake.

http://www.flipline.com/games/steakandjake/index.html

Bandero and Archie, you have 24 hours from now to get to the furthest trailhead you can! The person who wins this challenge will win reward for their tribe.

Survivors, ready?
Go!

Day 4: Reward Results

I have the results!

I can say Archie, had scored a score of 6 for Namuli.

Bandero, on the other hand, needing a score of 7, scored 7!

This means Amaramba win reward! Bandero will have a choice of what reward you guys get, but you also get a clue to an idol alongside it.

If you all don't mind, can I post Immunity in the morning because it'll be better if I do it then so um, enjoy a 12-14 hour break, everyone!

Day 5: Immunity Challenge #2

Amaramba
Bandero
Colts
Ibzy
Lavender
Rumen
Vespa

Namuli
Archie
Brother E
Bluey
Ianiant
Kief
Mira
Ontop
Speedo

Come on in guys! It's time for your next immunity challenge! Brother E, I need that back, thanks.

Once again, immunity is back up for grabs!

This time, you won't be playing a Flash Game, but instead will involve Counting. Similar to the Block Placement challenge in Easter Island, you will have a separate thread to count, which will be deleted at the end of 24 hours.

Anyone who doesn't count will get a strike, while you can only count after 2 other people.

E.g. Sky: 1
Gato: 2
Danny: 3
Sky: 4
Oofis: 5
Danny: 6

and so on. You must wait for 2 people to post a number in order for you to be able to!

Other than that, Amaramba have an advantage that will be announced at the end of the challenge and its over to you. Good luck!

Survivors, ready?
Go!

Day 5: Immunity Results!

Okay I have the results!

Its quite underwhelming so I'll just say - 1) Namuli won immunity 110-13 (taking into account the 10% advantage Amaramba had, rounded to the nearest whole), Kief, take this (Ontop and Bluey sat out)

And 2) The following people got strikes:
Lavender

Everyone else posted at least something. Tribal in a bit!

Amaramba, welcome back to Tribal Council.

Here are your questions! Please answer them in this topic!

Bandero, is this a shock that you guys are at Tribal again?
Colts, how would you describe the Tribe Dynamics so far?
Ibzy, do you think tribal will be a recurring theme for you guys, or do you think you guys can bounce back?
Lavender, you didn't count at all, do you think that makes you an easy target?
Rumen, the last vote was pretty straightforward, do you think it will stay that way this time round?
Vespa, are we anticipating a swap soon or not?

You have 24 hours to discuss the vote in PM's, answer your questions and vote! Any attempt at getting an idol in this time will result in no answer to the Amaramba Tribe members. Not voting in the time required will result in a self-vote and strike, so please be aware of that.

Good luck!

If I have to be honest, most of us aren't active as the other members on the Namuli tribe. Ianiant, Speedo and Kief are perfect examples. So it's most likely this will be a recurring theme. But if all of us contribute, we'll have a chance for immunity.

Day 7: Ahoy ye Matey! We Meet Again!

Come on in guys! Namuli taking a look at the new Amaramba tribe, Lavender voted out at the last Tribal Council.

So, today, we aren't going to have a challenge, but its been something that we have been waiting for.....

You each have a buff, but it is now your choice to either drop it, and become the member of the other tribe via mutiny, or keep your buff, and not switch at all. It all could happen that we end up merged, or we could have a tribe of 7 and a tribe of 6. However it plays out, it is all up to you.

Just message me if you want to choose to remain in your current tribe, or mutiny - that's all!

Please do NOT discuss your choice to mutiny or not. If you do so and I found out, it will be a strike.
Also, if you don't message me if you wanna stay or mutiny, your choice will be to automatically mutiny to the other tribe.

(I wish to note that if people didn't submit, they would in the end be swapped to the other tribe, but due to tribe balancing, I reverted on that decision - Bluey, Brother E and Vespa all did not submit.)

Amaramba
Bandero
Bluey
Brother E
Kief
Vespa

Namuli
Archie
Colts
Ianiant
Ibzy
Mira
Ontop
Rumen
Speedo

Challenge announcement coming right away.

Day 8: Immunity Time!

Come on in guys!

It's time for your immunity challenge!

Archie, I need that back, thanks as once again, immunity is back up for grabs.

Want to know what you'll be playing? Well, nothing other than having a party of 6 monsters chosen at random, fighting a battle against someone else.

It's Pokemon Showdown!

https://play.pokemonshowdown.com/

Rules:
-The only mode you can use is [Gen 7] Random Battle.
-You MUST name your own self in the game the following: Mozambique[CastawayName][First Letter of Tribe]. An example of this in practice would be "EasterIslandSkyM", in terms of last season - with the M standing for Moai. No account is needed, but its preferable you make your name have a password.
-I will take into account your ELO at the end of this, you don't need to submit anything as I can search your name and get your ELO there anyway.

Also, Namuli, you'll need to have 3 people to sit out of this challenge. Because its a mutiny/swap, a castaway that sat out last challenge may sit out this time around, good luck! You have 24 hours to do this!

(and it can be used on mobile too, hurray!)

Survivors, ready?
Go!

P.S. Any questions, please talk to me! I surely will be happy to help you around!

This is why playing on mobile (via mobile data) and basically not having internet is a quick disadvantage...

As far as challenges go, this is not my favourite. I don't know any Gen 7 Pokemon and what on earth is a Z Move and why do I keep losing D:

Amaramba
Kief - 1134
Bandero - 1040
Brother E - 985* (Unregistered)
Bluey - 985* (Unregistered)
Vespa - 985* (Unregistered)

Average: 1025.8

Namuli
Ibzy - 1075
Mira - 1034
Archie - 1000 (It did register)
Rumen - 985* (Unregistered)
Ontop - 985* (Unregistered)

Average: 1015.8

* - The lowest ELO posible is 1000, thus I docked 15 for anyone unregistered. As it is hard to tell who did/didn't do the challenge, no strikes will be awarded.

And even with that, it means AMARAMBA FINALLY WIN IMMUNITY sending Namuli to their first ever Tribal Council.

Now you ask, how did that happen? Well, it seems everything fell away from your grasp as your average was so close! Either way, I'll see you guys at tribal where one of you will be the third person voted out, good luck!

EDIT: If no one minds, tribal in a few hours? Its like almost 3AM here

Namuli, welcome to Tribal Council. Archie, Ontop, Speedo, Mira and Ianiant, please grab a torch and dip it in the fire. In this game, fire represents your life, once it is gone - so are you.

Here are your questions! Please answer them in this topic!

Archie, is this a shock that you guys are at Tribal with a numerical superiority?
Colts and Speedo, You guys are one of two pairs on the same tribe, do you think that could make you a threat?
Ianiant, this is your first tribal council. How much do you think the mutiny is responsible for this happening?
Ibzy, do you think tribal will be a recurring theme for you guys, or do you think you guys can bounce back?
Mira, you complained about the challenge, do you think that affects the tribe dynamics in any way?
Ontop and Rumen, you both got the lowest score of your tribe, does this make you in danger?

You have 24 hours to discuss the vote in PM's, answer your questions and vote! Any attempt at getting an idol in this time will result in no answer to the Amaramba Tribe members. Not voting in the time required will result in a self-vote and strike, so please be aware of that.

Good luck!

Nobody knows what the pairs are for, but I will admit that having two paired survivors on one tribe could seem like a threat to other people.

Title: Re: Survivor: Mozambique DAY 9
Post by: Archie!! on August 18, 2019, 06:45:20 AM
No, not really. Being down in numbers by such a large margin makes the tribe with lesser numbers feel stronger and more determined to try hard in challenges.

Also, aren't there 3 pairs in our tribe? Speedo and Colts, me and Ibzy and Rumen and Ontop.

Okay, it's time to vote! Ianiant, you're up!

*scenes of everyone voting*

I'll go tally the votes.

If anybody has a hidden immunity idol and you wanna play it, now would be the time to do so..................

no one stands

Okay, so once the votes are in, the decision is final. The person voted out will be asked to leave the Tribal Council area immediately.

I'll read the votes.

Ontop

Rumen
That's 1 vote Ontop, 1 vote Rumen, 6 votes left.

Ontop
That's 2 votes Ontop, 1 vote Rumen.

Rumen
We're tied. 2 votes Ontop, 2 votes Rumen.

Rumen

Rumen
That's 4 votes Rumen, 2 votes Ontop.

And the third person voted out of Survivor: Mozambique..........
Rumen

That's 5, that's enough, you need to bring me your torch.

Rumen, the Tribe has spoken.

*snuffs torch* (No gif because mobile)

It's time for you to go.

It seems you guys were quite certain enough to vote off someone that chose to mutiny to Namuli. Was this a good choice? Or is the fact Namuli is still intact going to be a hindrance? Its only a stormy ascent from now on, so we will eventually find out.

Grab your things and head back to camp.

Day 10: A reward, with a mystery!

Come on in guys! Amaramba taking a look at the new Namuli Tribe, Rumen voted out at the last Tribal Council.

And this is a reward challenge, so wanna know what you are playing for?

An idol clue for the best scoring player in the Tribe and an advantage in immunity for the tribe that wins.

Its a timed crossword.

However, the tribes aren't balanced. That's where I say, your time will be AVERAGED in seconds. So everyone will compete.

But then, participation is optional. This challenge will be done semi-live in your PM's when you request it and I recommend studying this season and past seasons before attempting it.

You will be timed from as soon as I send you the challenge. Once you are done, screenshot it and send so I can get both timestamps. Any wrong answers will result in time penalties which I will tell in PM's but not announce them publicly.

Other than that, its over to you! You have 24 hours from now so good luck!

Survivors, ready?
Go!

Title: Re: Survivor: Mozambique DAY 10
Post by: CursedSkylark on August 20, 2019, 02:53:41 PM
Results:

Amaramba:
Kief: 12 minutes
Bandero: 12 minutes
Everyone Else: DNS = 50 minutes each = 150 minutes

Total: 174 minutes (approx.)
Average: 34.8 minutes (approx.)

Namuli:
Speedo: 15 minutes
Ianiant: 25 minutes
Ibzy: 15 minutes
Everyone Else: DNS = 50 minutes each = 150 minutes

Total: 205 minutes (approx.)
Average: 34.166... minutes

Namuli win reward.

Even if I made both Kief and Bandero's 11 minutes (since approximations) Namuli would still win

If I made Namuli have 26/16/16, Namuli would win anyway.

However, Amaramba would win if I did both. I did round up/down to the nearest minute taken anyway.

I'll figure out which of Ibzy/ Speedo and Kief/Bandero get the clues, then post it here. I have too little time to figure it out right now.

I'll also edit this with exact timings if possible. Basically I need to give you all the immunity comp.

Amaramba:
Bandero: 90
Kief: 516
Brother E: DNS
Bluey : DNS
Vespa: DNS (That's like 5 strikes now, but Kief (Survivor Council) tells me to let it slide. I'd have medevacced her by now)

Ibzy: 92
Ianiant: 146
Speedo: 129
Ontop: Sit Out

Namuli, welcome back to Tribal Council.

Here are your questions! Please answer them in this topic!

Archie, after this tribal, Namuli won't have a majority for the first time since Day 2. Considering someone from the minority tribe was voted out, are tribal lines a thing?
Colts, you came from Amaramba 1.0, and you're still going to tribal, where is it all going wrong for you as a group
Ianiant, has there been any talk of idols?
Ibzy, you've been to tribal every single time. How tiring does it feel for you?
Ontop, hello? Are you here?
Speedo, having only lost by 6 points, how crushing is this defeat for the tribe?

You have 12 hours (you had more than enough time since immunity results) to discuss the vote in PM's, answer your questions and vote! Any attempt at getting an idol in this time will result in no answer to the Amaramba Tribe members. Not voting in the time required will result in a self-vote and strike, so please be aware of that.

Good luck!

Yup, definitely tiring. Even more tiring because I'm not the reason we are here.

Ontop

Speedo
That's 1 vote Ontop, 1 vote Speedo, 4 votes left.

Speedo
That's 2 votes Speedo, 1 vote Ontop.

Speedo
We're tied. 3 votes Speedo, 1 vote Ontop.

Ontop

And the fourth person voted out of Survivor: Mozambique..........
Speedo

That's 4, that's enough, you need to bring me your torch.

Speedo, the Tribe has spoken.

It's time for you to go.

The first Namuli fall to the power of votes. It seems you almost all unified in this vote, and the game is surely heating up with even tribes. Will you guys finally win a challenge as a post-mutiny tribe? Close but no cigar last time round, all can certainly change the next time round but remember salvation comes only in your dreams, so you must want it enough.

Grab your things and head back to camp.

Day 13; No Merge yet? Well, Have a Reward Instead!

Amaramba
Bandero
Bluey
Brother E
Kief
Vespa

Namuli
Archie
Colts
Ianiant
Ibzy
Ontop

Come on in guys! It's time for your next reward challenge!

No, we're not merged yet, but we should have been after all at this stage in the game........

Also, inb4 one of you quit so every cycle has a tribal and a quit.

So, want to know what you're playing for?

As usual, the tribe advantage in immunity, but also, as last time, the highest scoring member would get an idol clue.

This challenge, is optional, as per last time, but if you want to help your tribe, you'd submit!

It's as simple as saying, it's going to tangle you up, it's Entanglement!

The tribe with the highest total score will win the challenge, good luck!

Survivors, ready?
Go!

Few things I'd personally like to say.

1. Apologies for my parents being the biggest idiots they could have been, 13's an unlucky number in Survivor I guess. Its all back under control luckily. I guess you now know my notoriety for it back in Forum Survivor when it happened.

2. I rushed the Reward Challenge post, as I was getting ready to go home from vacation, and I pressed send 2-3 minutes before I left for home.

3. There was a small window I could have accessed the Forum at around just before 24 hours were up but I had no PC access anyway so it would have been mobile coding, sadly - some lunacy happened before I could do it.

So um yeah, sorry for all that. I do take blame for not announcing that little bit earlier (would you guys have been more worried about immunity coming out then?), and the fact I rushed the post (at least I tried being punctual).

I'll try get it done but apparently the connection is unstable and its probably the provider because my mum says a storm's coming - not too sure how accurate that is.

I'll post everything tomorrow.

Day 14: Immunity - Time for you all to finally do something again.

Come on in guys!

My sincere apologies for not even updating this for a few days. Once again I want to say sorry for what happened. I didn't want you guys to be disappointed in me, but I feel I brought it upon me because my parents did the unthinkable to me, long after my long inactivity cause in July-October 2018.

Anyways, negatives over, it's time for your immunity challenge.

First things first, Brother E, I need that back, thanks.

Once again immunity is back up for grabs!

This is going to be quite an interesting challenge, to be fair.
SYKE! You'll hate it.
Its playlist making!

Okay, so both of you are tribes and both of you are tribes of 5. No one is going to sit out.

So, it makes sense that I kinda take Gato's original idea in the playlist game in the Sports Resort and implement it here.

Here's the rules:
-I want you guys to create a playlist as a Tribe, be it on YouTube, Spotify or whatever. You are limited to 3 songs per player. You all must decide what songs you PERSONALLY want to add. I need to know who suggested which song.
-Even if you guys think you know my music taste, only put 1 of that type of song for each castaway. I want you guys to show off your playlists as a discovery of music for me, while also listening to classics I love, or so I think. There will be extra points if you hit correctly!
-The other 2 songs you guys choose, are completely up to you trying to think of whatever song that exists in this world and seeing if I'd like it. It may be that your tribe follows a theme, which could work.
-Collaborate! I want you guys to talk about what songs going where and everything! I'll not only judge each song individually, but I'll also judge the whole playlist on its own!

And that's it! You can put any song you guys want in there but at the end of the period, I'll be expecting 15 songs on each Tribe playlist (3 from each castaway), good luck!

You have a nice 48 hours to do it, since I need to get into the flow of getting stuff done on the Forum again, so I hope you guys don't mind.

Survivors, ready?
Go!

Note: Do remember Namuli have an advantage in this challenge, which is a score bonus of 10% added to the final score.

Okay, I'm going to be LENIENT because knowing myself, its gonna take some time.

Y'all have an extension. 24 hours. Its my last call tbh - if you don't send it in by then, your tribe will get 0, and if you don't choose your 3 songs to add, you will get a strike, or in someone's case, medically evacuated from the game.

(honestly, I've seen most of you all active/semi-active so replying to a PM and saying the first 3 songs that randomly come to your head is as good as making a guess in a Maths exam while showing potential working out)

Day 14: Results, Glorious Results!

Well I have the results! But first - who wouldn't want to see me comment on each playlist?

Kief's Picks:

Aerosmith - I Don't Wanna Miss a Thing:This is a classic to my ears. Its one of Aerosmith's more chilled songs, true but it also captures the emotion quite well. By gosh one more thing - I have it on my phone too so the amount of times I played it there is substantial!

Sinead O'Connor - Nothing Compares 2 U: Returning the favour to me, eh? Kinda saw this one coming from you. Its a great classic that Prince wrote and is greatly performed by her. I like this song as once again, it gives you the emotion in a song, which is the approach I see you have taken. Still a good choice!

Enya - Orinoco Flow: Well, I forgot this song existed, *sandwich to the head*, but its a good song nevertheless. I enjoyed listening to this song and its kinda high in my ranking of all songs included so that was a great job done!

Resolution: Actually a great job done. All 3 of these songs are songs I would listen to naturally and they kinda follow a theme together I'd say. Not bad at all!

Bandero's Picks:

Roksana Wegiel - Anyone I Want To Be: I must say I know you did your research with this one for sure. You kinda knew I liked it, but well, its a good song and a deserving winner of the Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2018. In fact, its played regularly on my own playlist so, there's that too

Metallica - Enter Sandman: This came off a small surprise to me as I was actually not expecting Metallica to come up AT ALL this challenge, but it did. I admit that I listen to a little bit of Metallica myself too and its a good song. It certainly ranks high due to the surprise I had to listening to it too, especially since I've not really told anyone I listen to Metallica yet, have I?

Clifford Brown - Cherokee: Interlude time! Well, or so it sounds. No lyrics works on this track especially since it sounds 1940's/1950's-esque. I see you tried to cover all bases, and this interlude was cool. However, it would be nice for it to be 2 minutes or so shorter here, but it doesn't affect much since I didn't mind it!

Resolution: You covered all bases in the hope it would work and the payoff actually was good one. I kinda liked listening to
3 distinguishable tracks and this was kinda what I was looking for from an individual!

Brother E's Picks:

Bad Lip Reading - Hostiles On The Hill: I want to admit, when I heard this the first time, I laughed, but the laughing was short lived. I kinda see where you tried to go with this song and I do like it, personally, thinking I might like it, which I can't blame. At least I got introduced to that and I'm likely gonna check some others out. You shoulda done Google Translate Sings [Insert Song Here]

Family Force Five - Wobble: I want to say I got meme song vibes immediately from it and, if people know me, I tend to be much more pickier judging those types of songs. Sadly, I cringed at hearing this song so um, that kinda explains it. A positive is you stuck to your own sub-theme there so I'm certainly ranking you up on that one!

The Mowgli's - I'm Good: Can I admit that this song stood out as your best choice here? I personally liked it and it was fun to listen to! In fact, I liked it that much that I added it to my playlist of now 1,023 songs. For that, I just want to praise that choice as its a song I enjoyed!

Resolution: I see you tried a sub-theme of fun, which I kinda see how you interpreted. Credits to actually sticking to it. I just feel you took the theme a little far at times It kinda feels like it since Wobble actually did the opposite of what it was meant to do. Other than that, your songs were quite cool and unique and that's all I could ask for!

Bluey's Picks:

Eagles - Hotel California: As soon as I saw the title, I knew the song and I liked it before. It honestly gives me a good vibe every time I listen to it and therefore, you did a good job! Its far from my favourites, but its still good!

John Denver - Take Me Home, Country Roads: A classic! Oh boy this song gives me memories - good and bad. Good due to the fact I love the lyrics and the song itself is special, but it has one drawback: It reminds me of a past relationship with someone who lived in the US (and I live in the UK so long distance). Either way, its always good to look back on that song!

The Beatles - Yellow Submarine: As much as I like The Beatles, this song reminds me of my childhood in Year 2 of Primary School. Coincidence? No. I remember it being played. What does that mean? Its a song that everyone likes in some sort of way, but its more aimed at children in terms of how society has evolved. Luckily this doesn't annoy me, but its not the best Beatles song you could have chosen, I do admit. I'd personally suggest With a Little Help From My Friends as a better alternative.

Resolution: I see you went for classics, which is actually a good thing since there's a common theme here too. In the end, a good job since I like 2 of the 3 and even for the other one, I'm neutral about it so its not bad! Great effort!

Vespa's Picks:

Avicii - Wake Me Up: Honestly, I like this song because that is what got me into Avicii's music. What I also want to credit is the fact that this song is pretty well-known I'd say, so its a safe good option. You played it safe here, and it works!

Queen - The Show Must Go On: This is definitely a song that isn't as well-known as Queen's other tracks. However, its a fine song that people should still recognise if they hear it. I personally know I'm fine hearing this song and it kinda resembles the analogy I said of the Math exam earlier in this topic so I wonder if that influenced it in any way?

Celine Dion - My Heart Will Go On: This is a classic that everyone who has watched Titanic should know (unless you are Sky and find that out about 6 months ago). This is a song that I personally am not a fan of - but by gosh it is good! Its nice to listen to it as well, though.

Resolution: You've chosen quite a solid but quite safe trio of songs. I do say this with a good sense but I would have preferred you to take a few risks and not do as well! Either way, you did the challenge and that's all I could ask for!

Conclusion: Your tribe has actually had a good variety, I admit. Your songs also fit into minor subthemes most of the time and i also like that, with each person kind of having a theme, be it intentional or unintentional. If it works out for you guys, you'll have to find out!

Note: There was a theme of Space chosen by this tribe.

Ianiant's Picks:

Cavetown - Cut My Hair/This is Home (Mounika Remix): Okay, let me admit, you thought I might like it and I see why here. However, it didn't really appease me. Its probably the lyrics that put me off, though? I kinda feel like you know, you tried thinking what I would like based off one song - Wake Me Up When September Ends, which I have spoken about in the shoutbox multiple times. I see EXACTLY what you intended here, and that does rise this song's score a bit. In the end I thought the song was meh.

009 Sound System - Trinity: I was overwhelmed at first at seeing it was 8 minutes long. That's the truth. However, the song itself actually gave a good vibe of space. An issue I found though was it was hard to hear the voice at times, but I'm not too sure if that was intentional from the artist. Still, even I said it was bottom 3/4, I do want to say, you did a great job choosing this song! In fact, its in my playlist. It was a bit too long for me, but I don't mind it being that long!

Metallica - Orion: I said this to Bandero, but I was also surprised you put Metallica in too! Its space themed since Orion is a constellation, but I for sure want to say this is the best of your 3 songs. Its instrumental and its 8 minutes long, but its actually worth listening to the whole song. A song that is long only works if its good, and this is a great example of this!

Resolution: I think I found that you choose better when you make the decisions by your own influence, without thinking of who would like what. I don't know how intentional that was, but I think you've proven well enough that if you want to put something in, it works! And you kept with your tribe's theme so that is a bonus! Also I was disappointed you didn't put Wake Me Up When September Ends *shot*

Ibzy's Picks:

Little Einsteins Theme [886Beatz Remix]: I'm lowkey glad you chose to change your mind from the original to this. It kinda added a bit more variety to your choices but the best thing is, I knew immediately I was gonna like it. Of course, the regular one gives nostalgia, and the melody still did here, but it got captured in a different way!

Justin Beiber - Backpack: Okay, in what world does one put a Justin Beiber song? (well most of the time unless its a song like Mistletoe, which is good, among a few select others.) Well it does fit the theme, I do credit that one, but the songs sucks. No offence, but I didn't really like it. It's not good either, so I can't take solace about that. In a way, its just decent, meh. Pass.

Elton John - Rocket Man: Oh boy you surprised not only yourself but myself here too! Yourself? You didn't think I'd like this. Myself? I honestly didn't really think you'd take the theme of space and put it to such an obvious context. Furthermore, I LOVED listening to this as a classic, and I want to admit, it worked well. The first time I ever actually heard this song was while doing the music image challenge for Easter Island and well, I fell in love with it (thank you Spotify adverts for being on season too). In a way, it also unintentionally captures the essence of that personally, but I'm not marking it based on experiences.

Resolution: You went more based on the theme than what I'd like - credits go to that since most people would either go to the extreme of trying to appease me a little, or just trying to appeasing me only. Instead, you took the risk of me potentially not liking something and I couldn't really ask more than give an A for effort. Me not liking something happened, but one of your songs actually did the opposite. I'd say the risk kinda paid off.

Archie's Picks:

Donny Montell - I've Been Waiting For This Night: Here's the person who chooses a favourite song that was in my signature from August 2017 - January 2019. Granted, Archie wasn't on the Forum for MOST of this time, but I also have to take solace that everyone knew this song was my favourite if they bothered looking at my signature back then. Still, credits to you actually putting it on, I appreciate you choosing a song I love and will probably keep loving - but its too obvious that its among my favourites.

Mans Zelmerlow - Heroes: Well, a Swedish artist, kinda shows some symbolism of yours. There's Eurovision, which I love, and then we have the fact that this is a good song! I never actually told you much about this song but you pulled it out of the bag! Now I just feel you're just fully appeasing me now, and not sticking too much to theme of space - but it appeases me a lot. However, I don't like this song as much as I like others, but then it was the best one of 2016 as posted on my Facebook as that year kinda was underwhelming as a whole.

Ava Max - Sweet But Psycho: 777! That's the jackpot! Well, of the 2019 song pool it is. I remember I had a shoutbox conversation with some people about music in early August was it? I did mention this song being #2 of 2019. I love this song that much that I TURNED UP MY LAPTOP TO FULL BLAST! Its a good job you chose this one since its a song I probably will be singing along for some time to come!

Resolution: You chose 3 great songs, true. Were they safe options? 2 of them for sure were, Heroes kinda is an uncertain play, but both Sweet But Psycho and I've Been Waiting For This Night are fairly safe to choose for points. Then, I want to note that even if you chose Sweet But Psycho, I can't really give a perfect 10 for it due to not following the theme, or so I think, really. If it was like the other Tribe had done, I'd probably have not given a perfect 10, either as I can't really see an emerging sub-theme, apart from Eurovision, which is fairly obvious I'm a fan of.

Colts's Picks:

Yo-Kai Watch ft. Swampy Marsh: This is short and sweet. 1 minute of length but is it worth it? Yes. Its as if there was a small space (basically interlude) in this playlist. In a way that's all I can say but it does fit the intention well.

Gusty Garden Galaxy (Super Smash Bros. Ultimate Music): Okay where do I being with? As much as this track works with the theme, I also wanna point out the fact I've never played Smash (that's unrelated but whatever), so I haven't heard this soundtrack at all. I also researched more into it and found out it comes from Super Mario Galaxy, a game I never played, either, but gives the essence of space as a theme perfectly. Anyway, does the soundtrack fit what I researched? Yeah it does. Its solid enough for me to say it's good for this field goal.

Queen - Bohemian Rhapsody: I know where you thought space is incorporated here pretty well. The song is actually Through-Composed (each verse/section is different to the next one) and so, like space, has nothing exactly the same. However, I feel a song with Theme and Variation may have worked better, I still have to praise you for putting this song in regardless. Basically, its a timeless classic, this song never grows old in a way. I remember being at prom and the whole of my year group sang it when it came on, we were all in a circle and well, I think that explain how timeless this is. Whatever you do, you just can't skip or say the song is bad. It's one of the best tracks I've ever heard and there is a reason songs like these have such a status.

Resolution: I really enjoyed your interpretation of the theme of space. It was kinda similar to Bandero's picks in the sub-theme of covering all bases, but you did it in a different way. I'm pretty sure Bohemian Rhapsody wasn't chosen just because it was a safe option here, but for the theme itself, which in itself, is quite justifiable. For that, its a terrific job done.

Ontop's Picks:

Zard - Hoshi No Kagayaki Yo; I actually didn't expect this one coming! I know you said you chose 3 of your favourites, but here came an anime song that actually was good! It was also good showcasing what you like, instead of what I may like, or have a theme, and I feel it worked. I did my own research for this, and found out it comes from Detective Conan, something I haven't seen. In a way, thanks for that one as I enjoyed it! Anyways, my favourite anime song (basically intro but whatever) is Tokyo Ghoul's Unravel.

Doraemon Theme: I remember watching this show before when I was a bit younger, and the video you gave had the lyrics translated. It ALSO unintentionally links to space due to the context of Doraemon itself. However, I'm not too big of a fan of the theme, but its still nice to listen to once in a while for the memories. That's kinda really it, since its an effective theme, but the only small problem I have with it is that it's like 3 minutes long? Not sure if that is an extended version of what you normally see during watching it though so I can't really mark that aspect down.

Spice Girls - 2 Become 1: You pleasantly surprised me here, especially after hearing the first 2 songs. I thought you were kinda gonna stick to the sub-theme, but no, instead after clicking the link, I get transported to listening to a song that only realistically gets a lot of play time during Christmas season here. It really is a little underplayed and well, its basically kinda similar to how Kief views East 17 - Stay Another Day, but in a lesser fashion. I didn't turn it up, of course being the change. Its quite a nice song to listen to too since its a little more chilled than other well-known Spice Girls songs (like Stop and Wannabe, wait, why didn't you put Wannabe if you username has Wannabe in it?)

Resolution: That's actually a fair balance! Honestly I left your songs a mystery, unlike Ianiant's and Colts's link PM's, and I wasn't disappointed in doing so. In a way on reflection I should have done that to both of their songs too, but even if I did, I probably would be saying the same critique. Still, I'm happy you were brave enough to just go straight on and post 3 of your own favourites!

Conclusion: You guys have had a very strong playlist too, just like Amaramba, but you guys also followed a theme at times, which I honestly do like since I did hint at it. Its a different approach, though, since Amaramba did sub-themes, but did it actually work out? I think only time will tell.

Adding 10% = 157 (rounded down)

That means that Namuli win immunity for the first time as a post-mutiny tribe! Here, Ibzy, take this. Immune from Tribal Council and a guaranteed place in the Final 9, congrats! Grab your things and head back to camp!

As for you Amaramba, your immunity streak has finally come to an end and you'll have to meet me for a date at Tribal Council. I'll see you there shortly.

I honestly can't believe no one put any Serena Ryder songs at all. I also can't believe no one put Under the Ladder by MELOVIN, either.

Okay, it's time to vote! Kief, you're up!

Vespa

Vespa
That's 2 votes Vespa, 3 votes left.

Bluey
That's 2 votes Vespa, 1 vote Bluey.

And the fifth person voted out of Survivor: Mozambique..........

Vespa

That's 3, that's enough, you need to bring me your torch.

Vespa, the Tribe has spoken.

It's time for you to go.

A unanimous final premerge vote with everyone gone to tribal - how will that play in the merge? Wait, I said merge? Well get ready!

Grab your things and head back to camp.

Day 16: Yes, you saw that one right, ITS TIME TO MERGE!

Come on in guys! Namuli taking a new look at the Amaramba Tribe, Vespa voted out at the last Tribal Council.

And, I think after a Tuvalu-esque premerge (Yeah that's Skylark Survivor for ya), we need a clean slate so with that.

DROP

YOUR

BUFFS!

We are now officially MERGED!

So um, get to know each other, come up with a tribe name and all that.

And well, one more thing.

Idols of course as you all should know by now are hidden in a past or present Forum Survivor player, the merge idol is also hidden in one of these. If there is any premerge idol not yet obtained, you may still earn it in the merge, happy hunting!

Day 17: Welcome, Welcome, to the Coalitional Abyss! [Oh wait......]

Come on in guys! It's time for your first immunity challenge where its everyone for themselves!

And wanna know what you guys are playing today?

Well, I just want to say, back in my first ever Discord game, this game had appeared. I was pleased it did. However, I got voted out as 2nd boot due to the reason I'm the Cursed Skylark so, there's more origins for ya. Blame Nickito for setting it originally, though!

However, as I know as well, I am trying to cope with everyone not being able to use Flash, so I found some sort of way to work around it, too.

It's Robot Unicorn Attack! (2 if you are using a mobile and downloading the app.)

https://unicorn.jocke.no/

Either this, or download the app that is the sequel version (I did check, scoring is basically the same for me to verify them, and Chieko can tell you the same so good news!). The highest TOTAL score will win immunity, good luck!

Also, I just want to note, DO NOT send in your "High Score" as I will not accept it, I will only accept the score you get on the attempt you did it in from this point onwards for such games.

Survivors, ready?
Go!

Narambuli, welcome to Tribal Council.

Here are your questions! Please answer them in this topic!

Group Questions:

1) How do you all feel going into the merge? Do you feel safe or in danger?
2) How important is this first vote to you guys?
3) Do you guys think the vote is clear?

Colts, special question for you. Congrats on immunity, do you feel you needed it?

You have 24 hours to discuss the vote in PM's, answer your questions and vote! Any attempt at getting an idol in this time will result in no answer. Not voting in the time required will result in a self-vote and strike, so please be aware of that.

Good luck!

Good luck!

I think I'm in danger because there are a lot of people here which are really good.
Pretty important. It has just been the merge.
Yep, quite clear.

Atomic's gone off the grid.

Exactly, just got home and I've not too much time on my hands.

I'm gonna struggle a bit updating it for now, maybe I'll just work on it during a weekend when it ain't as bad, but you guys should see gradual changes happen.

I need to access Discord for a few votes and its blocked so if anything wait till I get home.

Unless the people who did so can PM me it asap on the Forum.

Got a free period

Okay, it's time to vote! Archie, you're up!

Kief

Bandero
That's 1 votes Kief, 1 vote Bandero 7 votes left.

Bluey
That's 1 vote Kief, 1 vote Bandero 1 vote Bluey.

Ontop
That's 1 vote Kief, 1 vote Bandero, 1 vote Bluey, 1 vote Ontop, 5 votes left.

Archie

That's 1 vote Kief, 1 vote Bandero, 1 vote Bluey, 1 vote Ontop and 1 voteArchie, 4 votes left.

Brother E

That's now 1 vote Kief, 1 vote, Bandero, 1 vote Bluey, 1 vote Ontop, 1 vote Archie and 1 vote Brother E

Kief

That's 2 votes Kief, 1 vote Bandero, 1 vote Bluey, 1 vote Ontop, 1 vote Archie and 1 vote Brother E.

Bandero

That's 2 votes Kief, 2 votes Bandero, 1 vote Bluey, 1 vote Ontop, 1 vote Archie, 1 vote Brother E, 1 vote left.

Bandero

That's 3, that's enough, you need to bring me your torch.

Bandero, the tribe has spoken.

*snuffs torch*

It's time for you to go.

Well this was a messy merge vote with votes going left, right and center, wasn't it?

Whatever it was, it ended up in a blindside, and it was a a way to start off the merge already?!

WELL WHAT THE bleep WAS GOING ON THAT THIS WAS A 3-2-1-1-1-1 VOTE LMAO

Grab your things and head back to camp.

Day 19: Should I Be Praying? Am I Lost? I Don't Wanna Go Home.

Come on in guys! It's time for a reward challenge!

So, um, yeah, this one is just for a immunity advantage and also an idol clue which they must give to someone else, nothing else too special.

In addition, Archie and Ibzy are the last pair remaining, congrats!

So, what challenge is it? It's Touchy Subjects! and we're playing with the Skylark Survivor Question Set.

1) Who do you trust with your life?
2) Who never shuts up?
3) Who is going to win this challenge?
4) Who is the biggest goat here?
5) Who mistakenly thinks they're running this game?
6) Who doesn't deserve to return?
7) Who is the most honest?
8) Who is the most gullible?
9) Who most needs a wakeup call in life?
10) Who does not deserve to still be here?
11) Who has not lived up to their potential?
12) Who would you most like to be stranded with?
13) Who is most likely to have an idol?
14) Who do you want to never see again?
15) Who do you think should take a break from Forum Survivor?
16) Who do you think would apply for irl Survivor?
17) Who is most likely to stab you in the back?
18) Who is the most heroic?
19) Who is the most villainous?
20) Who is the most emotionless?
21) Who needs a change of heart?
22) Who in here needs a shower the most?
23) Who would you like to see win most?
24) Which previously eliminated person deserves to still be here?

For Questions 1-23, answer with a castaway remaining in the game.

For Question 24, answer with a castaway that has been eliminated.

I need your personal answers submitted, alongside what you think everyone else has put in the most.

That's all!, 24 hours to submit AT LEAST your personal answers, I may give another 24 if I haven't received majority answers.

Any discussing of answers that I find out about, will result in you forfeiting the next immunity, giving you a penalty vote against your name, and a formal warning about a potential removal from the game.

Good luck!

Survivors, ready?
Go!

Atomic [Sep 13 08:53 PM]:   meanwhile, I have had not enough submissions for Survivor, so I'm disappointed
Atomic [Sep 13 08:54 PM]:   5/8 submitted initial lists, 1/8 submitted something for majority
Ianiant [Sep 13 08:54 PM]:   I did the majority.
Atomic [Sep 13 08:54 PM]:   so, that's just a rare shoutbox occurrence of me being here and letting you guys know why I haven't updated/other things
Atomic [Sep 13 08:55 PM]:   @Ianiant, and you were the only one so far.

So um yeah, you have 24 hours from now to get your majority guesses in too.

Both Personal and Majority lists have to be there, or it is a strike if none are in, or abstain if one of them is in. In Bluey's case, it would be forced to be a medical evacuation due to over-accumulation of strikes.

2. ARCHI IS THE MOST HEROIC? Complete turn around to the answers of Mato Grosso survivor questions...

3. Brother E's answers... yeah. What a surprise your answers aren't the majority.

I just don't even know what to say that might just be the funniest touchy subjects I've ever seen

Multiple things to say for this one

- Lol at Archie choosing Kief for everything except for like one question
- Lel at Brother E not answering most of the questions and choosing eliminated players for the ones he did, idk who or what possessed Brother E that challenge but if I was the host I'd ask him to completely re-answer tbh
- The fact that Brother E thought Q For Quality signed up for this game must be the highlight of my year so far
- I'm not exactly following the game too much but by the looks of things Kief better have an idol or advantage
- I have no idea who Ontop is but yay for individual immunity!!!

Day 21: Let's make sure I don't fall off my chair - or what's left of it - ever again.

Come on in guys!

This is short and simple - immunity challenge.

Basically go on Google and search Pac-Man and play that doodle. Highest score wins immunity. Use of 2 players is prohibited.

https://www.google.com/search?q=google+pac+man&oq=google+pac+man&aqs=chrome..69i57j0l5.2066j0j7&sourceid=chrome&ie=UTF-8

Here is a reference link of what you should see as the doodle.

Survivors, ready?
Go!

Note: I just improvised cos I can't access my plan rn for some reason, apologies for that one in case its a bad challenge. If people have enough issues with it, I can substitute it for a very similar challenge.

Day 21: Results, Who's Immune?

So, first of all: Both Archie and Ibzy for being the last pair standing got a challenge advantage in this challenge. This was a 10% added to their scores.

Brother E: 23,960
Ianiant: 23,850
Archie: 16,320 + 1,632 = 17,952
Colts: 9,880
Kief: 3,000
Ibzy and Ontop: Did Not Submit.

So, after 1 and a half seasons of playing Survivor, Brother E wins immunity by just 110 POINTS!

Here you go! Have this necklace. You now have a 1 in 6 chance of winning Survivor: Mozambique!

As for the rest of you, one of you will be the next person voted out, being the 3rd member of our Jury.

Grab your things and head back to camp.

Update from Sky:
“honestly its a sinking ship of a season and I wish it wasn't that bad premerge. I actually lost motivation to host but yea, I'll try update it I guess

I haven't logged onto the forum in ages either.
I'm not surprised Speedo lost motivation to play either
especially when I was losing motivation to host
Oh, and the shoutbox was too bad for my mental health“

Title: Re: Survivor: Mozambique DAY 22
Post by: CursedSkylark on October 03, 2019, 01:59:14 PM
Welp this died quick

tbh I don't have any motivation to host, that's the truth. The whole season has been a disaster. One after another.

I just hate the fact I wanted to host and it became the mess it became. I just absolutely hate it. If only this was a season I'd be proud hosting, then yeah that may have been different but I seriously have lost the want to host this.

I'm not surprised, myself. Colts actually pinged me about this and this is the first time in over a week I came active here. I'm sorry Kief but I just have proven how much of a bad host I am. I'm sorry everyone for trying to make a season everyone would like only for PLAN AFTER PLAN AFTER PLAN ruined in succession.

Here's a list of some of them:

-This was meant to be a Final 3
-We were meant to merge at 11
-Exile was basically a wasted twist, and the pairing twist actually had no effect whatsoever due to the amount of game time we had
-There is no way I could do auction, which had another twist planned inside it
-Mutiny wasn't ever going to happen, it was a counter no-swap measure.

Literally, I really wanted a season that would be able to showcase what I could have done as a host.

Hye's quit affected the first tribal, something which could have been done as a vote off. Flip was literally voted out for no real reason as a consequence.

Aqua quitting just literally destroyed Amaramba in numbers.

Mira quitting was a sudden emergency, I can understand that one.

Me having to Medevac Bluey was the final straw. This season can't be good anymore, its not something I want to continue but have to just for the season to exist. If I could have restarted the season from the start, I would have but you can't in a game of Survivor, you just can't.

Here goes the update I guess but I don't want anyone to be salty about the tribal and I don't want anyone to hate on me. I just needed a break, and as Colts said, the shoutbox thing literally was behind me not logging in at all.

So, yea, update incoming.

A simple 4-2-1 vote, a little cleaner than last time but at least there is finally a way where a majority decides the game I guess. What actually has been happening though? Its up to you guys to find out.

Grab your things and head back to camp, I'll give a challenge in the near future.

That's pretty rude tbh. It's as much the host's fault as it is the player's :/

Wonder if we'd be more likely to finish these if they were more of a tradition yearly rather than trying to make them a constant thing- as in a, Easter Island worked cause people during the summer came back to the forum (including myself) to play, getting a lot of older players to come back again. With Mozambique though, it was mostly new and inactive players and while new players are great, new players to forumer orgs don't necessarily know what they're doing and aren't committed. I feel like we're being a bit too ambitious on what we can actually get done as the forum simply isn't as active as it used to be.

Also Player Inactivity ---> Host Inactivity ---> More Player Inactivity --> More Host Inactivity etc.

As I failed to understand in Survivor: Atlantic, you're always gonna have inactive players- but as a host you can't be inactive or as your players will match you and it's really hard to recover from that.

It's also good to have active hosts. The poorly executed games are as much to do with hosts.

So having 99% of my plans ruined is my fault? Okay then.

It's also good to have active hosts. The poorly executed games are as much to do with hosts.

Well, riddle me how the fun plans I had for y'all could never be seen thus me delivering a boring game? Anything involving me is bad anyway, even my ORG among other things.

I only went inactive due to the fact I gave up on this.

@Joey I'll also admit I wasn't always on time but posted stuff at a reasonable time here. Your arrows equal exactly what happened here, though.

Day 23: I Thought my Life Would get Easier, Instead It's Getting Harder

Come on in guys! It's time for what I call, your next reward challenge!

Yup, to ease you all back into playing this, I feel its better for a reward challenge, as you refamiliarise yourselves with the game.

So, want to see what you are playing for? It's just another idol clue which you must give away to someone else.

Remember the idol is hidden at a player who has played Forum Survivor before, or it playing it now.

As for what you all are playing? Honestly, I feel it is time for what I call, the traditional incorporation of 2048 in a Forum Survivor season, this time being Evil 2048!

It's like normal 2048, but evil. You can't play any other kind of 2048 game, it has to be this one specifically, otherwise it's not evil enough.

https://aj-r.github.io/Evil-2048/

The highest score at the end of 24 hours wins the reward.

Survivors, ready?
Go!

First things first, Brother E I need that back, thanks.

Once again immunity is back up for grabs!

This time round, we'll be doing Geography, with finding countries! Study the map well enough and you'll do well!

The person with the BEST SCORE (TIEBREAKER OF BEST TIME) wins immunity, good luck!

Okie so the issue is I quit Discord, and both me and Colts tried to get the scores submitted over there sent to my PM's.

Just need 1 person's and I can announce it cos I know they submitted in my Discord dm's.

And I have been online checking my Forum PM's each day.

Day 24: Results! And I Didn't Want to Recover my Discord Password....

Here's the results:

Archie: 169
Brother E: 143
Kief: 45
Colts: 42
Ontop: Sent a Score but Image Link gives a 404 error
Ibzy: DNS (abstain)

So, Archie wins immunity I guess! I definitely do recollect seeing Ontop getting something less than 169 for sure definitely so I'm pretty sure that should be confirmed as Archie's immunity.

Also, can I really not have to use Discord to recover scores? I quit it for a reason. I don't mind you guys strategising on Discord for sure, though even if I'm not around. It's kinda my fault but well, I'll make sure that won't happen again, sincere apologies.

Now let's finish this game once and for all!

(http://i531.photobucket.com/albums/dd352/KELLIE_SURIVOR/SURVIVOR%2018-TOCANTINS/torch.gif)Day 25: Narambuli Tribal Council(http://i531.photobucket.com/albums/dd352/KELLIE_SURIVOR/SURVIVOR%2018-TOCANTINS/torch.gif)

Narambuli, welcome back to Tribal Council.

Here's your questions as usual.

Archie, Congrats on winning immunity! How much does it really mean to you since the game was kinda inactive for about a month? (yes I'm self-depreciating my own hosting skills here)
Kief and Ontop, With this being at the Final 6, and it being some time before this actually was a thing again, do you think that well, old alliances will stay intact or will newer ones prevail because everyone wants to get to know each other again?
Ibzy, Being the only person that didn't submit, do you feel you could be at danger as a result?
Brother E, Same question as Ibzy, but about being the highest non-immune scorer?
Colts, With no idols being played so far yet, is there any surprise if no one would have one anyway?

You have 24 hours to submit your votes!, not voting shall result in a self-vote. Idol hunting during tribal will be allowed during both this Tribal Council and the next due to circumstances.

Also, I am trialling something out, so if you wish, be sure to use this parchment to cast you vote! You can edit it in MS Paint, Photoshop or just use a mobile photo editor, but feel free to cast your vote in my PM's using this if you wish! If not, you may as well just vote in the traditional Forum method we have done for the past Tribals. Good Luck!

It depends. If there were alliances there is no reason why those should be off. These are Survivor Days, not real ones. If one month =one day so be it, gameplay here shouldn't be different.

Ibzy

Colts
That's 1 votes Ibzy, 1 vote Colts 4 votes left.

Cotls
That's 2 votes Colts, 1 vote Ibzy.

Brother E

2 votes Colts, 1 vote Ibzy, 1 vote Brother E

Colts.

That's 3, that's enough, you need to bring me your torch.

Colts, the tribe has spoken.

Not too sure if there will be (there probably will), or at least one that I'll host ever again because I hosted a disaster. I do admit the quits and stuff contributed to it, but yeah, I would one day prefer to get a second shot at trying to host.

Meanwhile winning once was enough for me to retire from playing, to just say.

Come on in guys! It's time for well, a reward challenge as per usual!

And as per usual, you guys will be playing for an idol clue to give away, alongside getting a challenge advantage, for once.

So, with that, wanna know what you guys are playing?

Well, it's a game I hate and refuse to play in ORG's no matter what, but I'll put you through my hell because I just want to see if you'll share my feelings so good luck!

Day 27: I Planned So Hard For This...

Come on in guys!

It's time for your next immunity challenge, but first things first, Archie, I need that back, thanks.

Once again, immunity is back up for grabs, but this time, instead of playing a game or doing a puzzle, we'll be having a test of how much you want it, by paying attention.

It's 24 Hour C4!

For those who haven't heard of this at all, this from a Facebook ORG I played before should explain this best (do note for unrelated messages in your designated topic will lose points for yourself only) https://canadienne-org.fandom.com/wiki/Thread:17549.

I just want to note 2 things:

1) Posting but being too slow is okay.
2) You can get negative points in this challenge.

Also, Colts will be helping me out in hosting this due to the fact I know I cannot host it all by myself. Thus, do not solely rely on me to post a letter and number combo.

The only thing I ask of you is to pay attention to the separate thread for our announcements when we do it to maximise the amount of points you can get! Good luck!

Survivors, ready?
Go!

Brother E: Huh? I don't get this game. Sorry! How do you know what numbers to use and how do words like "tribe" agree with T5? @_@

In T5, T is the first letter, and 5 is the number of letters. 'Tribe' is valid guess since it starts with T and has five letters.

tldr, all I know is Kiefer's semi-active and I just don't want to move on without him, hope you all understand ;)

It's Final 5 and I'd rather you all be around active instead of one of you being compromised.

Wait, is it first person to do it gets the point or is it people who still get it right even if they're not first get the point?

I could, honestly, yeah. We'd have an F4 at least, but yeah I'd just like the whole F5 on at once so I can finish it in the best way possible, really.

Sorry for hosting a mess I guess but my intention of having the cast active at one point in itself backfired  ^^; ^^;

I wonder if start a new season and if Archie returns just come back to this and finish it off... Idk, but I reckon some people would still give this a real go. With Nickito hosting it might attract older players too

Do you want to go forward and do that then? I'm fine with it.

I'm not gonna format the results at all, but thanks Colts for helping out with the comp.

Archie: 0
Kiefer: 1
Brother E: 2
Ibzy: 9
Ontop: 7

Ibzy wins immunity! Tribal pretty soon.

The challenge topic has been deleted.

Okay, it's time to vote! Ontop, you're up!

*scenes of everyone voting*

I'll go tally the votes.

If anybody has a hidden immunity idol and you wanna play it, now would be the time to do so..................

Kiefer Stands

*Kief walks up to me, and passes the object.*

"I am playing this for Ontop"

This IS the Amaramba Hidden Immunity Idol, any votes cast for Ontop will not count.

Okay, so once the votes are in, the decision is final. The person voted out will be asked to leave the Tribal Council area immediately.

I'll read the votes.

Ontop, Does not Count.

Ontop, Does not Count.

Archie

1 vote Archie

Brother E

1 vote Archie, 1 vote Brother E

Brother E.

That's 2, that's enough, you need to bring me your torch.

Brother E, the tribe has spoken.

*snuffs torch*

It's time for you to go.

After one and three quarters of a season with no idol plays at all, we have finally had one, and someone got idoled out. This shows that literally anything can happen at such a late stage in the game. Grab your things and head back to camp.

Edit: Nevermind, saw Kief's post. Well, I didn't know we were voting to keep the person we voted for in the game. Welp, Goodbye everyone.:(

i still don't understand how to get idols

Tbf this games been really boring and has lasted sixteen years and I wanted something to happen so there it is. I mean I told Ontop to vote you, that reason I didn't tell Ibzy and E is because they were voting Ontop already and I decided pretty last minute :/ Surprised you voted E though.

Day 29: We Say Goodbye in The Pouring Rain And I Break Down as You Walk Away.....

Come on in guys! It's once again time for a reward challenge! For this challenge, you will be playing a sadistic challenge for a meagre challenge reward. It's up to you if you wish to submit or not, but it is optional at the end of the day.

You will be playing Multitask 2. The highest score at the end of 24 hours wins the reward, good luck!

Survivors, ready?
Go!
