Sorry if this idea already exists somewhere or is already supposed to be part of the game. 

So, while playing the especially frustrating Papa's Raceway, I noticed something.

Since the implementation of the three levels of stars for minigames- bronze, silver and gold, I feel as though the minigames still get hard just has quickly as if there is one level.

So, what I'm suggesting is that bronze stars should all be easy, silver stars should all be intermediate, and gold should be the hard ones. Right now it feels like once you get more than... maybe 8 bronze stars the levels are all pretty challenging already.

Just an idea.
