My resolutions are as follows:

Physical Lifestyle:
- Exchange an hour of gameplay with at least of vigorous physical exercise, DAILY. No exceptions.
- Incorporate vegetables and fruits in at least two of my three main meals. No exceptions.
- If the desire to snack arrives, snack only on fruits and/or vegetables (if available).
- Sit less. Try and stand for as long as possible.
- Get at least 9 hours of sleep so that my sorry ar5e will stop getting in trouble for sleeping at school.
- Drink the equivalent quantity of one 500ml water bottle per hour. No exceptions (except when sleeping).
- Reserve "All-nighters" to weekends and holidays.

Mental Lifestyle:
- Improve organization, decrease procrastination. Sort school papers in correct sections as soon as possible, add miscellaneous and staff handouts to folders. Have reserved slots in the backpack for laptop, binder, books, and supplies.
- Try to learn something new every day.
- Spend at least two and a half hours on homework, EVERY SCHOOL DAY. No exceptions.
- Hold at least one conversation with someone new. Not every day, but as much as you can.
- Become more confident in your actions. Don't do wrong, and don't be afraid of the word "no." Life goes on.
- Save more. Don't spend money the moment you have it.
- Clean your room once a week. Throw away what you don't need and organize what you do.
- Volunteer to the community more.

Spiritual/Emotional Lifestyle:
- Pray every night before bed. The Lord's Prayer.
- Ask God for the forgiveness of your sins and bless him for what He has provided you.
- If the request of going to church is confirmed, participate in prayer as much as possible (no sleeping during the sermon either).
- Meditate at least once a week.
- Find something happy in every day.
- Be more of a gentleman to people around you.

Recrational Lifestyle:
- Practice your singing for the choir senior year.
- Practice playing the piano at least three days a week.
- Practice playing the guitar at least four days a week.
- Find items to take photos of.
- Limit online time to two and a half hours a day. This includes but is not limited to websites and games.
- Read more books. Find a good genre and stick with it.
- Code more in your free time.
- Learn as much of a language as you possibly can. Try one that isn't taught at school, like German, or Japanese.
- Learn to cook some basic meals.
- Learn some self-defense.


Nothing is over until you stop trying.
