Lets say SwSh has 400 old Pokemon, then Pokemon Spear will be the same thing with a new legendary and with 300 old Pokemon absent from SwSh replacing 300 Pokemon SwSh had

MicroSD slot is in the kickstand
Insert MSD into it, close the kickstand, then go to options in gallery and find the "save to MicroSD card", might be in the system settings
Once its copied, shut it off and remove the card again, insert it to a PC and voila
