Welcome, one and all, to the 9th Annual Flipline Forum Awards! This is my second year hosting the awards after Leia did it for 2 years. (By the way, I think her back is doing okay now.) If something were to happen to me however, then someone else will have to run it for me. For those of you who have never participated in a forum awards before, here's how they're going to work:
SUGGESTION PERIOD: From now until 12/07/2020 at 6 PM PST, it's your job to suggest adding/removing/altering any category for the 2020 Awards. I have 17 different preliminary categories from last year. Throughout the week, I'll consider these suggestions for the finalized categories.
NOMINATION PERIOD: From 12/07/2020 at 6 PM PST to 12/31/2020 at 11:59 PM PST, you can nominate users for the finalized categories by PMing me the name of the user and which category you want to nominate them for. Please nominate someone for every category. The user with the most votes wins the category!
AWARD ANNOUNCEMENTS: I (or someone else if unavailable) will announce the winners at 1/1/2021 (hopefully) around 9 AM PST. This time might change, but you'll be warned if it does.

Hello everyone, it's back for the third time: KCP Forum Exclusive. Most things will stay the same as usual:
"Basically, it is going to be a forumer-exclusive KCP tournament in which YOUR three customers will participate. After a long series of matches, we will have a winner!"
Last year, I had a definite number of signups, however I've now decided to have a waitlist where hopefully everyone that joins in has a chance to participate. I just hope we don't end with an odd number.
To vote in this topic, you must have registered one month ago and you must have at least 25 posts. However, if you are someone who has been here before, but just deleted their account and came back recently, then I might make an exception. Just talk to me about it though.

Hello and welcome to DP's Customerpalooza 2020! After the disastrous tournament from last year (that got cancelled), I've decided to bring it back for nostalgic sakes. There will be a waitlist for some time, so that everyone gets a chance to participate.
We will have 128 contestants for this year. However, if we don't get enough sign-ups, then we'll lower it to 32/64. There will be 4 divisions, 32 contestants each. You don't need reserves because what we will do is a waitlist. Each user can submit up to 8 FCs. I will try to have everyone have at least one or two entries to participant, depending on the amount I receive. So, I will ask you to place them from 1 - 8 for most desired (to enter), to least desired. Hopefully, we can start on Monday, September 14th.

Rules:
- You have to submit at least one guy and one girl. Ex: 4 guys and 4 girls, 2 guys and 6 girls, 3 guys and 1 girl, etc. - However, the exception is if you're only submitting 1 entry. - Try to not submit low quality photos, if possible. - Please use a white background. - Unless you're able to not tilt them while enlarging them in PLPs, just submit them in normal size (like when you click on a pal). I will be using them, not recreating them (too much work). - On a related note, don't shrink them. - You're allowed to change your entries while submissions are still open. - If your entry ends up losing the round, please don't start whining or complaining. Acknowledging the fact that they're losing is fine; be a good sport about it. Just because you lose a round or match, does not mean you are not good, or that your entry is terrible. We've all lost before; it's not the end of the world.

I’ve been wondering, if anyone thinks it would be cool to increase the number of slots for the next KCP from 3 to 4 entries. I made a poll to see how people feel about it.
For me personally, it would be cool (if I decide) to finally submit 2 guys and 2 girls instead of deciding whether I should submit 2 guys or 2 girls; of course I might not do this in the end (but who knows). However, I know (for example) people here are used to submitting 2 guys and 2 girls, or even just 4 entries in total, for fan tournaments. I do think 5-6 is a bit excessive, and 7+ slots is way too excessive, but 4 slots doesn’t sound like a bad idea to me.
The update came out and I noticed some things I thought was interesting:
Are Doan's shoes in the right place?
I know it was stated in the Shoutbox that Okalani's Style B in PLPs was the correct version. But I thought since Cheeseria TG(?), his shoes were fixed so that his black sneakers with red laces would go with the red outfit and vice versa. So I'm not sure if this was a mistake, or if they intend to keep them this way.
Is Bruna the only one who is wearing fancy shoes for her wedding outfit?
I know in both Pastaria versions (OG & To Go), they all had white sneakers instead of those fancy shoes Bruna is wearing (above). So, I was just wondering if their shoes will be changed like Bruna's, or no.
Gino's Belt: Brown or Black? Speaking of that photo, there's also a very minimal difference with the shade of lavender for the other Romanos in the game and in PLPs. However, I also noticed Gino's belt color being different in PLPs:
I was just curious if his belt being brown is correct, or if the correct look was black.
I've been thinking of making this topic before, especially now that school is coming to a close, hopefully, by Wednesday. So, if you want to hear my irrelevant opinions about any FC/OC/Pal you have, I'd be glad to try to give some critiques about them.
Please note that you should take these with a grain of salt. You don't have to agree with any of my critiques if you choose not to; it's up to you to decide since they're your FCs. Besides, they're irrelevant anyways. Also, I will make sure any criticism or critique are constructive and not downright rude and/or unhelpful. I've seen some people just say or imply things like "You HAVE to have this," "You NEED to have this," "It's not up to 'KCP Standards'," etc. I believe constructive criticism is more efficient for critiques.
Rules: - You can only submit 1 FC/OC/Pal per post; you have to wait until I finish with your submission to send another. - If you can, try to have a clear photo, though I understand if you can't; I will try my best to see and critique it. - If you believe a backstory or background is needed for me to critique them, feel free to do so. - However, please link or post the backstory on your post. - Reserves are allowed, but only for 24 hours from your post. - Once it expires and you have not sent anything, your reserve will be deleted. - Please be patient. There will be times when I either don't have the time or energy to critique something. - If it's closed, do not try to submit; this will be locked anyways (but just to be sure). - I'll add more as I think of more lol
