One thing about this particular clockmaker is, the results for each hour are pretty unbalanced. All you need is for one human to die and then you've got 2 wolf kills the next night. I find it hard to believe the clockmaker has a chance to win this so I vote no.

I don't think the 7:00 stipulation will affect the game a lot, it would probably only happen one time or never happen in the first place

Wanderer - Can shoot people two times. If they shoot a good blue role, they die the next die. If they shoot a good green role, they won't be able to shoot the next night, and dies the day after the next day.
Gunsmith - Gives someone a gun during 2 nights. The next day, that player learns they have a gun, and can shoot someone via PM. Guns can be saved for a later day, and the Gunsmith cannot give a gun to the same player.

Murderer - Can kill two people in one night, but only once. Beats all if they make it to the end.

Gun Registrar - Twice a game, they can choose to deflect all attacks caused by Gunsmith, Wanderer or Murderer and kill one of the shooters. Wins if there are no gun owners (Gunsmith, Wanderer or Murderer) left. Does not override the Human/Wolf win.

I never really liked the Murderer, and as others have mentioned millers are terrible except for in certain conditions (i.e. one/no independents).
