Engineer - If his sentry gun does not kill anyone for 2 nights in a row, it is automatically destroyed. If his dispenser/teleporter doesn’t heal/teleport anyone for a single night, they are automatically destroyed. Student and Amnesiac cannot be targeted by buildings. Cannot upgrade his buildings anymore.
Architect - Once in the game, can construct a safe house for a player of their choice. This will protect that player and both of their neighbours (players directly above and below them on the sign ups list) from all attacks for the rest of the game. People in the safe house will not be protected if they choose to visit someone that night. If the people protected by the Architect's safe house make up the majority of the remaining humans, they are no longer protected.

Engineer is basically 90% luck. I don't hate luck as much as most people, luck is a common part of the game. But the Engineer can choose to be a random shooting Cop, a Random guarding Guardian, or a role that makes someone perform their action twice, randomly.

Voting No based entirely off of Engineer, my new least favourite role that I didn't know existed (sorry Spy)

It isn't specified how the engineer's stuff works and as far as I can tell it's all randomized, in which case see my review of the previous bid about randomization. It's also unclear whether or not the people in the safe house  know that they're on the safe house. I would have thought they'd know but it doesn't say so I'm left to assume they don't know. So it's a no from me.

Credits to Not A Spy for Independence Day, from which this is based off. Also, Mafia vs Neutral ToS games because those are the best.

Win Conditions:
Wolves: Must kill all Independents (will win with 1 left)
Neutral Biased: Wins in 1v1 situation
Neutral Unbiased: Will win with anyone once they have achieved their goal

Arsonist- ToS Arso.
Blackmailer- 3 times in the game, can choose someone to blackmail, meaning that they will no longer be able to vote in the day (though they can speak) and they will have 3 self-votes automatically given to them, which will gradually go up. When someone is blackmailed, it is announced the next day.
Clairvoyant- ToS Witch. 
Icer- Can "ice" someone each night. That person looses any abilities they have during the day and any abilities they may have the next night
Murderer- Can only kill twice, both kills happening at once.
Sun God- Can kill 3 times, at day.
Shadow -  Psychotic Wolf, but Independent.
Two-Face- Monster. (But Two-Face was made first, I don't understand why we use Monster). 

Hunter- If they get wolfed, they survive and get to kill two players
Optometrist- Similar to Independence Day, the Optometrist's target will see the exact role of whoever he chooses.
Pirate- Jewel number is down to 3.
Refugee- Has 4 vests that will protect themselves from attacks.
Student- Will only be given Independent Roles
Unstable- If they are lynched on odd days, they act as a Maniac. If they are lynched on even days, they act as a Fool.
