I use Miis because I can easily work with them. I also check over the stats of the Nin* ghost data cars.

I try Lakitu in MK7 to defeat opponenets online. The smallest characters are fast.

I beat every cup and the mirror cup with at least 1 star, and I only have 8 staff ghosts to beat!

you mean slow
the smaller the character is, the worse they are
