I think the reason Licorice has only one vote is because it's an acquired taste. An acquired taste is a word often given to food or drinks people dislike and get used to after a few tries. I think it's because most people are born having a preference to sweet food, and disliking anything sour.

It's actually an OK sweet, I eat it time to time. The problem is people refuse to try it because it tastes "horrible" or bandwagon.
