Because you don't toast bread for a grilled cheese sandwich and then add the stuff. You have to get the cheese all gooey.
this kinda makes me wonder how many of these guys have made grilled cheese

Yeah, that's how you make grilled cheese! The order of some of the stations here suggest that some people would make that, and then at the end pull apart the sandwich with the melted cheese and toasted bread and add other toppings. |
