I think the changing every season thing might not happen because Toastwood looks like a very one season town. Very warm and dry.

You know how you can add Gum Ball Machines, Magazine Stand, Ice Cream Freezer, News Stand & Arcade Machines in a Lobby?

How about getting Bonus Money on when customers get Gum, Ice Cream, a Comic/Mag/Paper or play a Game?
