Okay, so here is a sample scene from FSD. That green thingy on the upper right corner depicts your stats, the MENU button, where you can view some other tidbits, help; the sound button where you can turn music on or off and the OBJECTIVES button where you can see your to-do list.
Click that circle-y button there on the textbox to move on the next panel.
