Cinco De Mayo would be much more interesting.
It obviously fits with the game.
At the same time it would be boring because the only reason it loses its "charm" I mean the sense of this holiday was adding Mexican ingredients, but having a Taco Shop full of them, with specials, ingredients and places in Spanish. Holidays with Mexican ingredients and also in Spanish, make Cinco De Mayo useless for the game. What would they add? Cilantro, Papalo? Suadero?, It wouldn't be enough for the game |

Yeah, Cinco De Mayo would just have Tex-Mex ingredients, which we're already using all throughout the game, so it didn't really make sense to include it. We did make New Year's have more spicy / Mexican things though like chorizo and habaneros, kind of like how Cheeseria's New Year was all about extra-cheesy stuff. |

Some were good, but the Catrina is celebrated on the Dia de Muertos that is on November, Not October, But it's fine because its color matches Halloween |
