With the announcement of Big Top Carnival, it means that at least either Cherry Blossom Festival, Portallini Feast, or Maple Mornings will be replaced.

Spoiler:
My money's on Portallini Feast. It was awesome in Cheeseria, but it bombed in Taco Mia! HD. Also, the Romano Family would be able to favor different holidays instead of the same one.

Cupcakeria to Go and Cupcakeria HD had different holidays for May, August, and September.
Cupcakeria to Go had Cinco de Mayo, Big Top Carnival, and Comet Con.
Cupcakeria HD had Cherry Blossom Festival, Sugarplex Film Fest, and Maple Mornings.

I think that this is enough evidence to suggest that Taco Mia to Go will have 3 new holidays in those slots, including possibly a brand new holiday.

Taco Mia HD is the only game with holidays that didn't introduce a new holiday, and since the holidays that are revealed early are almost always new (only exception off the top of my head is Pastaria revealing Thanksgiving), Taco Mia to Go probably won't have a new holiday Sad

Maybe we'll get like Pirate Bash or some other obscure holiday, that's almost like getting a new holiday.
