It's an integral. It basically says that if you graph the function, y=xsin(x)cos(x)ln(sinx)ln(cosx), then the area between it and the x-axis on the interval, 0<=x<=π/2, is π/16-(π^3)/192. The actual calculation of the integral isn't easy, and involves several integration techniques, not typically taught in calculus. These techniques include phase shifts, parametric differentiation, and the use of many special functions (beta function, gamma function, digamma function, polygamma function, Hurwitz Zeta function, & Riemann Zeta function).
