The Big Bang wasn't an explosion, it was a rapid expansion of space that occurred about 13.8 billion years ago.
I didn't really think of an explosion but I thought it is something expanding from a center. Hmm...

What does ellipsis equal in math?
The ellipsis indicate that there are an infinite number of the terms 1+2+3+4+... means the sum of all positive integers from 1 to infinite. The fact that 1+2+3+4+...=-1/12 is one of the amazing results you get, by playing around with math.

At the north and south poles it is dark for six months in a row and light for six months in a row. Any location above the Arctic circle or below the Antarctic circle will have a period where the sun never sets for at least 24 hours once per year, with the extreme being at the poles.
