I found out how to find the first two customers, and the third one I think has something to do with the weather vane.

The first customer is obiously at the front of the restoraunt.
The second customer is popping out from behind a tree.

If anyone finds out how to find the third customer, please reply here.

I think there is no 3rd Customer of the Day hint. If there is then cool but I think the one from the stairs is just for show. (Its like when in Taco Mia! the person that's walking on the sidewalk is not the 3rd customer of the day and that was more for show)
