The decision was rather overwhelmingly in favour of option #4; keeping only Faraway City, but placing it as the next game (#99) in the queue.
Now sign-ups for hosting it are open.
I sign myself up. Faraway City is cool to play, I would like to do something before hosting Dostoevsky's Exile, and in general I always try to bring back unique roles like the purpose of this whole game is.

He said to have polls, and to have polls we need to sign up. Though if we are moving this to 99 I don’t think you can host, as you have the next TWG after (Theory of Everything). |
