If Papa's Pizzeria To Go! Updated and have holidays just like the HD version, my guess is:

Thanksgiving
Christmas
New Year
Valentine's Day
St. Paddy's Day
Easter
Big Top Carnival
Summer Luau
Starlight BBQ
Sugarplex Film Fest/Baseball Season
Comet Con/Portallini Fest
Halloween

Some changes include Alberto liking Summer Luau, New Year having cheesy things (Pizza Packs & Cheez Puffs will stay) like Cheesy Bites Crust and Parmesan Sauce; August's holiday to have Hot Dog Bites Crust and more!
