What if the world had never separated? What if everything was not separated by ocean, but was just surrounded by ocean? What if everything was just a giant continent named Steve? Well...minus the outcasted islands.

Set in modern times. All technology used now is still used. Obviously only people who live on the coasts and the separated islands go ocean fishing. Steve is divided into self-proclaimed districts which are petitioned to the Stevian Council, headed by Tony Solary and Matthew Nefferson.

Otherwise, the basic description of the ecology of Steve and its districts will be provided by Robin the Mage in the next post. This topic will remain locked until I get the go-ahead to unlock it. A map may or may not be provided.

Kailani is a self-proclaimed ocean girl who lives on one of the islands, and is considered an outcast by the rest of the world because they live much more traditional, less modern lives. With the fear of the metropolis crushing down on her home island of Hawaii, how will she and her friends deal?

Hawaiians
Kailani Shibutani (yes I blatantly stole that last name, deal with it): OC
Robin Magey: Robin the Wizard
Elias Fabrizio: Eliza Mariposa
Isabelle Mayer: KitKatastrophic
Zetsu Beau: Thicc Daddy

Stevian Mainlanders
Cyrus: Blast Burn
Matthew Nefferson: Matt
Tony Solary: Flipline_Tony
Leia: Leia

More to be added, you can request to be in with a short description like this, and if you don't complete the form I will not consider you, even if you complete the form later:

Name (first and last name, something that sounds realistic (so Zuki Chan or Rasd Spicatamint would not count, sorry):
Basic physical appearance (not including clothing, unless you sign up to be a Stevian Mainlander):
Basic personality:
Hawaiian or Stevian Mainlander:

I will decide how important your character is.

Written by Robin the Wizard:

The weather and climate of Steve is a lot less diverse than what we have in our current continent arrangement. However, since the Earth's rotation isn't any different, some things will stay the same; The climate near the center of Steve is very warm and dry. The closer to the ocean, the more humid the air is, so the areas towards the ocean near the equator have a very tropical climate.
The Climate gets colder the closer to the poles it gets. At the Earth's poles icebergs can be found, and the weather is always very cold. Northern Steve is mountainous and is home to a large variety of wildlife, including wild goats and moose.
Southern Steve contains more mild ecology, with temperate forests scattered around the continent, Southern Steve is considered ideal for urban cities and towns, where the majority of people live.

The Hawaiian islands are isolated from the mainland and are located in the middle of the ocean. The climate is warm and tropical, with plants and animals unlike any on the mainland. Because it's so far away from Steve, technology is not very advanced, and the residents rely on the resources of the islands.

I won't. I will choke this bitterness, this regret, then anger until I explode. And I will never accept that such a holiday has replaced my beloved New Year.

Never.
