Does anyone think the Paska bun is just a bun with frosting?

I don't think it's just one of the regular buns, but I'm pretty sure it does have frosting and sprinkles. At least this recipe has paska with frosting and sprinkles.

But the sprite for the Paska Bun looks like the regular bun but lighter and covered in frosting WITH SPRINKLES.
