Bio: Ianiant was a young, adopted kid who originally went by Ian before he became one of the many people captured by Sarge. While Papa Louie managed to rescue almost everyone from the grasp of Munchmore, Ian was accidentally missed, leaving him trapped in Munchmore indefinitely. As time passed and Fort Onion’s influence began to diminish, Ian was eventually able to escape his cell and was now free in Munchmore. After months of traveling, he stumbled upon Charrdor, a hellish landscape with many huge volcanoes. It was here that Ian, now calling himself Ianiant, first forged the Pyroblade. Seeing how Ianiant could be used to take over the Flipverse, Radley Madish then pushed Ianiant into the hot lava and subsequently gave him a cybernetic body (to make Ianiant more subservient as a weapon in his fight to conquer the Flipverse). After a great war between Munchmore and the human world, both areas were left in complete ruins, with most people dead or fighting to survive. When Radley Madish died, the control he had over Ianiant dissipated, causing Ianiant to have complete free will again...and see the devastation that had happened. Scavenging through Radley’s old lab, Ianiant found a portal that took him to an alternate yet almost identical Flipverse. It was there that Ianiant took action to make sure that what happened in his old universe would not happen in this new one. Instead of the original, lackluster parents Ian would end up with, Ianiant decided to make sure his young alternate universe self ended up with someone more caring and not present during Sarge’s kidnapping of customers so that this universe would have a brighter future, especially since Radley Madish could no longer have Ianiant as a weapon.

Bio: Raised by both his adoptive mother Palindroma and Ianiant, Ian is often found in his room either playing Digbuild or watching FlipTube³. He is a straight-A student at Tastyville High School, with his main strengths being maths, sciences, and the occasional Spanish, but his biggest weakness is the social scene; he is a secretive outcast who has trouble making friends. However, he has found solace in one person, Emily, who he secretly has a crush on yet refuses to admit. He gives off an intimidating mien, but in reality, he is afraid of many trivial things, such as elevators, the number zero, his own bedroom closet, and even the mere mention of tornadoes. Palindroma has made many attempts at making him more of a social butterfly...to little avail. Despite this, he is often willing to go to one of Papa's many restaurants. Recently, Ian has been learning to drive and is doing a good job at such; he is well on his way to receive his driver’s license.

Bio: Nai is a bubbly young girl from Tastyville. Although Nai is Ian's first cousin, they are practically polar opposites. She is very social, having no trouble whatsoever with regard to making friends. When Nai is not at school, she is almost always either playing with her dolls in her room or playing outside. However, Nai is always wary of the blackberry bush in her backyard, for when she was just six years old, she got herself stuck in it for about an hour after doing cartwheels all afternoon (a spider crawled on her during this time, so she now has an immense fear of spiders as well). While almost everyone who knows her finds her downright adorable, they have mixed feelings about her obsession with tickling people. She loves to tickle people if they are bored, being annoying, or if she just feels like it. In addition to tickling, Nai is also obsessed with mermaids and hopes to become one when she grows up. Maybe someday.

Bio: Ever since Papa's Pizzeria first opened, Deborah has been a fan of Papa's many restaurants, soon discovering her new favorite dessert: derps! She doesn't like wearing make-up due to how uncomfortable it feels on her face, but she won't hesitate to wear the clothing that her cohabitant girlfriend Molly makes for her. Deborah first expressed her love to Molly on Valentine’s Day by bringing flowers and a heart box of chocolates to her house. After officially confessing how she felt about Molly, the two started dating, and after they officially became girlfriend and girlfriend, Deborah moved in with Molly in Frostfield. Deborah has loved reading comic books since her youth, and thanks to Molly and her clothing designs being the household’s main breadwinners, Deborah is free to work in a low-stress job at Moe's Lair, where, when not tending to customers, she partakes in reading a comic or two behind the counter.

Bio: Originally from Burgerburgh, Youseph was considered one of the most helpful people around, always willing to lend a hand—was, because his old age and poor health have slowly started to fail him. He first moved to Portallini, his dream town, after graduating from the old Burgerburgh High School. In Portallini, he took a job as the groundskeeper for Orvieto University. He has never married, so he has never been able to have children of his own, which is why he one day went to an orphanage in Portallini and adopted a young girl who would eventually become Paulina’s mother. His retirement many years later was to little surprise, for his once decent health had been failing him. Refusing to stay sedentary, though, he applied for and got a job at Papa’s Pastaria, where he has the easy-ish task of stirring pasta to perfection, which has received compliments from many patrons. His granddaughter Paulina has followed in Youseph’s footsteps by getting a job at Papa’s Pastaria when she turned sixteen, but as a server instead of a cook.

  • The name first sprung up 6 generations ago with the first Youseph Marron.
  • Unfortunately, this tradition is likely to die off, for Youseph's only offspring (who was adopted) was named Gabriella.
• Originally, his first name was You.
  
  • I first came up with this name not out of personal choice. I was playing Papa's Pastaria on Coolmath at school, and the game wouldn't let me change the chef's name, of course. From there, the guy and his name just stuck.
  • His name was officially changed on October 28th, 2019. Credit to Kiefer Masala for the idea.
• Originally, Youseph was Paulina's father instead of her grandfather.
  
  • I made the change because it seemed concerning that an elderly man was singlehandedly raising a teenage daughter.
  • Youseph lives with Paulina's family, but he's not the sole parental figure.
  • Paulina loves him and takes good care of him (if he ever needs it).
• At 69 years old, he is currently my oldest FC.
• He got 15th place in Ianiant's FC Elimination Contest: Season 1.

Bio: Ernest is Bertram's younger twin brother who holds a lot of nostalgia for his childhood. Throughout his entire adolescence, he would spend his allowance on new toys to play with or make his own toys out of odds and ends around the house. After graduating from the old Tastyville High School, he decided not to go to college and instead used his college savings to kickstart his dream of owning a toy store company in order to give kids the happiness he felt as a child. This move was very risky, and his family mostly didn’t approve at first, but it soon paid off, for Toys-И-Fun is now the most popular toy store chain in the Flipverse. His financial success has given him loads of admiration from his family and Bertram’s jealousy-fueled ire. Not content with simply selling products from other manufacturers, though, he also spends a lot of his time inventing new toys, with his most famous creation being the fidget spinner. What no one knows is that, within his big house, he has a secret toy room where he plays with his own childhood toys, for he never really grew out of them.

Bio: Bertram is Ernest's older twin brother. In contrast to Ernest, who held onto his childhood with an iron grip, Bertram matured extremely quickly, developing a boring business-related persona before he even graduated from the old Tastyville Elementary School. He diligently studied his course material and even won many spelling bees he was drafted into. After graduation from the old Tastyville High School, Bertram responsibly used his college savings to attend Torta Tech and soon landed himself a job as an insurance agent for Scutum Insurance Agency. Years of hard paperwork and responsibilities have further molded him into a boring and average individual; however, he would be quite happy with his life if it were not for one thing: Ernest’s childish success. With Ernest making a much larger annual income selling toys, Bertram is openly jealous and a bit spiteful at times, making family reunions much more tense than they should be.

Bio: Palindroma is a kind-hearted third grade teacher and adoptive mother of Ian. As a teacher, she excels in her field and has won Teacher of the Year on more than one occasion. Her success led her to writing a best-selling novel on child behavior, which critics praised for its immaculate grammar. While studying for her teaching degree at Cayenne University, she met her soon-to-be ex-husband, and the young, frisky side of her fell head over heels for him. After many failed attempts, she and her ex-husband went to the doctor, where they found out that Palindroma was infertile, after which her ex-husband immediately filed for divorce. However, after a lengthy battle in court, he was required to pay child support for Ian, whom she had recently adopted via Ianiant, every month. With this child support, teacher’s salary, and profits from her novel, she has plenty of money to get by. Over the years, Palindroma, along with Ianiant, has raised Ian into...well...who he is today. Despite her many attempts, Ian just has a hard time being social, but he is rather intelligent. Before she met her ex-husband at Cayenne University, however, she had become best friends with her dormmate Daxana. Despite their considerably differing personalities (Palindroma being laid-back and outgoing and Daxana being prudent and timid), the two soon learned to get along and even have fun together. This bond still exists today, with the two always providing each other advice. During their college years, the two discovered yoga as a great stress-relief method and relaxing activity, and every Saturday morning, she, Daxana, and a few other friends meet up to attend Eve’s yoga sessions, and on occasion, they attend Eve’s Sunday Yoga in the Park events.

Bio: Priscilla is well-known by pretty much every hotel owner in the Flipverse as the strict, high-maintenance critic whose words can make or break a hotel's business. As a child, she was spoiled immensely by her wealthy parents, which explains her demeanor of trying to get everything she wants. However, she was disciplined enough to use her exceptional swimming skills to become captain of Oniontown High’s swim team and grant her school a few championships. After her Oniontown High School years, she obtained a degree in journalism in order to fulfill a dream of reviewing the Flipverse’s many hotels. Her daily routine consists of travelling to the next hotel she is planning to review, wherever that may be, and noting enough information to write a juicy review. Even though she has only been in this career for a few years, she has witnessed everything imaginable, from immaculate cleanliness of the rooms fit for royalty to bed bugs crawling out of the mattresses, and she has even found a dead body under one of the beds (that particular hotel got the lowest review possible). Of the many, many hotels she has stayed in, her favorite is still the Ricotta Inn, run by Priscilla’s father’s friend Reginaldo. She is never seen without her almost signature glasses on, and many people think she wears them just to be “hipster”; in reality, ever since she was 4 years old, she has been nearsighted to the point of being almost legally blind, meaning that she now requires her glasses in order to do almost anything.
