All of Europe has new infections popping up everywhere thanks to Italy failing to contain it, and because nobody wanted to close borders.

There are 2 cases in my country now. Second and third in Latin America. All 3 of the infected people went to Italy some days ago.

Full travel ban
Too late for the United States; it's already out of control in Sacramento and San Fran.

I'm on the city of the second case, I study on the Chemical Biological Sciences Faculty of the Statal University (focused on Clinical Analysis) and have been with a COVID-19 prevention program for some time.

I have not seen panic in the city yet, but some news websites have already started publishing news that can lead to panic.

People in Culiacán are calm, meanwhile, in Querétaro, a city without any cases, my mom is panicking and already bought antibacterial gel for her job. Well, she works in a bank and many people go there so diseases can be transmitted easily there.

Third case in my country. Apparently, all 3 of them are co-workers and went to Italy a week ago.

Where does this thing come from?
So basically what this means is that either new illnesses come out of nowhere or doctors are just making stuff up to create a new trend in this world only for it to be gone in the next few weeks/months.

Wednesday the first case of Corona was confirmed here in Brazil, I saw in the news : some people complained that there was no monitoring at the airports even on flights arriving from countries with confirmed cases of Corona, what also worries me are the Fake News, in the family group in Whatsapp (the place where there is more fake news in the world, believe me), videos have been sent of "hundreds of people suddenly dying in Wuhan in the middle of a shopping mall" and a photo of a "specialist" blaming bat soup for the virus
What was disclosed in the first case was that a 61-year-old man spent 11 days in Italy (02/09 - 02/22) in a region where he had several cases of the disease, he returned to Brazil and, oddly enough, participated in a meeting with family and friends who gathered around 30 people, 2 days later the man felt the symptoms and went to the hospital, the case of the Corona was then confirmed on Wednesday, he is currently quarantined at home with his wife (who willingly decided to stay at the house, but has no direct contact with him); about 46 people who had contact with him (30 from the meeting and 16 passengers on the flight he came to Brazil), health organizations "monitor" people every day by calling and asking if they have a cough, fever or something like

Even with only one case in São Paulo, in Brazil everyone is alert, this may even have a good side, people get more hygiene habits, wash their hands more, use gel alcohol, which makes it difficult to contamination by other types of more common diseases
Even so it is good to be careful, the government said that it will not limit the passage of people across borders or flights due to economic reasons even from countries with cases of Coronavirus, and this worries, at least there should be a more rigorous inspection
