Masks are more to protect other people than to protect yourself
Yeah, I will admit, if there is someone who is infected/showing symptoms of COVID, and they HAVE TO go out for something, then that’s when masks should be mandatory. |

If there's someone who's infected with or showing symptoms of COVID, shouldn't they just not be going out at all? |

People can have the virus but not show any symptoms, though. There's also no way to tell if someone else has the virus or not.

The club owners in Poland opened their buisnesses and they had many people in them.
And both club owners and those people don't care about those restrictions. Many business owners are opening their businesses as they have nothing to lose

Maybe, but COVID-19 is much worse for people with respiratory diseases, so it is a good idea if those people wear masks. Agree with you on the deaf people but only if there is not other option. And even then, they should wear masks while not talking |
