Maybe it’ll work similarly to Bakeria To Go’s toppings, the knife has to be positioned correctly using a blue slider (like the one in Bakeria To Go’s Top Station) for the first slice then press it 7 times to cut it, being able to reposition it so that the score doesn’t get any worse if it wasn’t aligned properly.

Yeah that’s what I mean  if the first slices were sloppy, just reposition it during cutting to make sure the build station percentage doesn’t worsen |
