I participated somewhat last night. Staying up all night would have harmed my health since I’m dealing with some intense fatigue but I spent a few hours praying and reading thr Quran. It was a wonderful experience, and I’m grateful that you posted about last night misskitty! I’m happy that I got to learn and grow closer to God

yeah, this is an amazing story. I've met people who had all kinds of health problems and they are completely recovered, and I met one guy who actually has an autopsy scar (he can't see out of one eye but he was medically dead, and he's alive again) |

I know, it's been a while since anyone posted here, but I'd like to revive it.
Lately I've been in a really dark place, and I've been dealing with depression for a few months now which is something completely new to me since I'm normally such a positive person. I'm not going to go into detail about why I've been feeling like this though, it's best if I don't share it online.
I haven't found a lot of motivation to stay in the word or in prayer, and that's part of the problem. I just ask that you guys keep me in your prayers, and if you could share any uplifting Bible verses/passages, I'd appreciate that.

I’m not the most religious person so I don’t know how well I can help you, but I do believe in God now and I hope you feel better because I know how it feels to be very depressed, since I’ve felt that for the last couple years. Like I said, I don’t know how well what I said will help, but know that a lot of people here care about your well-being and I’m sure everything will turn out fine. I’ll keep you in my prayers for sure, and I’m sure many others here will too.

Even though we may have come across various obstacles, we can trust in God's perfect will for our lives.
I read through all of Psalm 30, and it lifted my spirits up a little bit. This is a great verse, thanks so much, Faith. |
