Before I start, I just want to thank Stan Loona, Mira, Abu, and Louie for creating previous versions of the Forum History Topic.

Here's a topic for the history of the Flipline Forum. I may not know the exact dates of some of the events, but anyway, here you go! If I missed something, just let me know.

Primordial Days (February 23, 2011-August 20, 2012):

• February 2011: The Flipline Forum is created, with Matt being its first user.
• March 6, 2011: WarGraver is the first non-admin on the forum.
• March 11, 2011: Tony joins the forum.
• July 15, 2011: Snivader becomes the first Welsh forumer.
• November 21, 2011: The first version of the Forum Guidelines is written out on the forum.
• c. 2012: The first year where the Glow, Shadow, Marquee, Font Size, Font Face, and Insert Flash BBCode markup is disabled on the forum.
• January 2012: Mira creates her first account on the forum, adrielnoadriel.
• April 21, 2012: Forum Food Critic Nickito joins the forum.
• c. June 2012: D-Walker becomes the first ever global mod on the forum.
• c. July 2012: The first permaban to affect a prominent user occurs.
• July 9, 2012: DokiDokiTsuna starts a comic project named Flipline H.S.

Golden Age of the Forum (August 21, 2012-December 30, 3014):

• July 3, 2013: Matt announces that signatures longer than 5 lines will be auto-spoilered.
• November 25, 2013: Hope, created by forumer Colorinda, becomes the first KCP winner.
• c. December 2013: Cypher and Mage (magicmusic) become board mods.
• c. 2014: Cypher reaches the Unstoppable rank with 50K posts and counting.
• March 11, 2014: The first forum game in the Werewolf Game (TWG) franchise begins.
• August 2014: Mage becomes a global mod; the shipping wars occur.
• November 22, 2014: Beloved user Rossome joins the forum.***

Downfall of the Forum (December 31, 2014-November 8, 2017):

• December 31, 2014: Hyperposting was common on this date; also, a lot of arguments occurred on the same date.
• c. June 1-August 31, 2015: Numerous users posted extremely gory content and images during this time period.
• July 2015: Joe becomes a global mod.
• September 2015: Abu and Penguin022 become board mods.
• October 16, 2015: The Flipline Forum reaches its peak statistic of users online on a single day (3928), and the users online statistics haven't reached as high ever since.
• Late 2015: Several bans are given out to forum members, some of them permanent.
• September 9, 2015: Restaurant master Ibzy joins the forum.
• December 19, 2015: Mira posts her FC creation tips as ewn/Mirajane.
• c. 2016: Mira becomes the first ever forumer to have created five or more accounts throughout her time here with the Shendelzare account; also, DokiDokiTsuna announces her cancellation of Flipline H.S.
• February 1, 2016: LeBlingKing, MarkiplierFana!, and Chiral of Doom are given second chances, therefore releasing them from their permabans.
• August 2016: Abu reaches the Unstoppable rank for the first time.
• c. late 2016-2017: Joe is mass-reported for making Allahu Akbar jokes.
• c. September 2016: Mira, as Akasha, lies about her KCP16 entries' star ratings.
• September 3, 2016: Numerous posts are made, enough for the forum to have the most counted posts in a single day on that date (5845).
• October 13, 2016: The 8th most important user, Stan Loona, joins the forum.****
• Early 2017: Hyperposting becomes stale, thus excluding boards where it's possible to hyperpost from Post Count (PC) statistics.
• April 9, 2017: Flipline Studios Wiki administrator JK55556 creates an account on the Flipline Forum.
• June 2017: A bug in the swear filter causes all words to show up as "bleep."
• July 3, 2017: Numerous important topics accidentally get deleted.
• September 2017: Saburo is permabanned.

Forum Renaissance (November 9, 2017-December 31, 2019):

• November 9, 2017: Amy wins KCP17 and thus, the popularity of DeluxeFaith increases.
• April 2018: After Hours's first account, k a n a n/Zorro Metal, is deleted, yet she comes back with a new account.*****
• April 9, 2018: AskJoe clears the Bans and Moderations topic.
• July 25, 2018: Oofis releases his first music project.
• October 6, 2018: Chiral of Doom becomes the first user to be permabanned twice.
• November 25, 2018: Flipline ETN starts.
• November 26, 2018: Nye wins KCP18 and thus, the popularity of Lovaho increases.
• April 18, 2019: The forum records its millionth post.
• July 24, 2019: Forumer participation in KCP19 becomes extremely high.
• August 9, 2019: Chiral of Doom receives a final permaban.
• August 15, 2019: The revival of TFCG is made possible thanks to Ocean Drive.
• August 19, 2019: AquaFan is accused of cheating in KCP19, thus increasing his notoriety. After Matt convicts him of such, Molly is disqualified from the tournament. Also, Matt gives his banhammers to the creators that plagiarized Lavender by Ibzy and one of LuisAngel's FCs in KCP19.
• October 20, 2019: KylesRandomContent starts sharing his hand-drawn Flipline comics.
• November 12-December 22, 2019: Abu makes a public report about Joe's SB message where the latter slammed all religions as "scam religions" and later gets banned under allegations of "making an assumption"; also, the personal topics of TCOMIB and Abu get merged even though they're fine by themselves, leading to Pizzaccino creating a topic requesting for a second global mod on the forum.
• December 2019: Ianiant creates the forum's first-ever FC archive.
• December 25, 2019: The second season of TFCG, themed "Rule the World", is announced by Ocean Drive.
• December 29, 2019: Mercury creates the popular TFCG:HOF roleplay topic.

New Evolution (January 1, 2020-present):

• January 1, 2020: As the first ban to start sometime in 2020, T.A. gets banned for making copypastas.
• January 13, 2020: Pizzaccino and Kaito become global mods; coincidentally, Matt and Tony were online at a single moment on this date.
• February 16, 2020: Super Boomen reaches Rank 500 in Donuteria To Go, probably making him the only person to reach such a high rank without hacks amongst all the players of Flipline app games.**
• April 12, 2020: The TWG franchise moves onto a new forum.
• May 15, 2020: The Flipline website is down for about 30 minutes due to an issue with IBM's servers.*
