Martha: Absolutely, we get bad batches. One that comes straight to mind was a mix up in the recipes of sourballs for Onionfest and our regular stock of gummy worms. Some how the ingredient that adds to the sourness got into the gummy worms and the taste was awful. We were also experimenting Sakura Bay candies for Cherry Blossom Festival and we made one recipe which had a bitter matcha taste with a sweet peach, it didn't blend well.
