Hey Everyone!

It’s official — Jacksmith: Weapons and Warriors will be released on May 13th, 2025!

While we count down the days, let’s take a moment to revisit the first step in the weapon crafting process: The Furnace.

Whether you’re crafting a sword, a battle axe, or even a bow, it all begins at the furnace. First, choose the mold shape you want to pour your molten metal into.

Then, select the type of metal you’d like to use for your weapon.

Once selected, the raw metal is dropped into the crucible to begin heating. Melting times vary depending on the metal, but you can pump the bellows to speed things up.

When the temperature gauge hits the green zone, it’s time to pour. Carefully pull down the green-handled chain to release the molten metal into the mold.

If everything is done correctly, you’ll have the foundation for a battle-ready weapon—fresh from the furnace.

Hey Everyone!

It’s hard to believe it’s been over TWELVE years since the original Jacksmith web game launched! Whether you’re a seasoned veteran of the Plumpfeather Kingdom or a newcomer just arriving at the forge, we’re here to revisit the basics of Jacksmith: Weapons and Warriors.

Each battle day begins with the familiar sight of Jacksmith’s trusty smithy wagon rolling into view. His loyal companion, Scout, dashes ahead to… you guessed it… scout the area.

Upon his return, Scout delivers a full report on the enemies lurking down the road. Not only does he identify each monster in the order they’ll appear, but he also warns you if they’ve been elementally enchanted by the great wizard Dudley. As he calls them out, a handy column of elemental icons appears, giving you a clear preview of the magical threats to come.

With the recon complete, Jacksmith sounds the signal horn, summoning all nearby warriors to the wagon.

One by one, fighters arrive — swordsmen, archers, shield bearers, and more — each ready to fight, but lacking the one thing they need most: a weapon. It’s up to Jacksmith to forge the perfect weaponry, tailored to each warrior’s strengths and fortified against the foes ahead.
