Breaking news out of Tastyville, where the Tastyville History Museum has opened the doors on a month-long special exhibition entitled When Pizzas Attacked.
I had the opportunity to get a sneak peek before opening day, and I will tell you, this one is worth seeing. The exhibit takes visitors back to that infamous day when a batch of pizzas at Papa’s Pizzeria suddenly transformed into ravenous Pizza Monsters, sending Papa Louie and his customers through mysterious portals and into the strange lands of Munchmore.
And the museum has gone all-out. Life-size recreations of the Pizza Monsters give you a very good idea of what Papa Louie was actually up against, cheese-spitting mouths and all. They have even brought in one of the original cages used to hold the kidnapped citizens while Papa fought his way through Munchmore to rescue them.
One of the highlights is a multimedia room where visitors can listen to survivors recount their experiences while a massive display tracks the events from the first attack in Tastyville through Papa Louie’s final showdown with Sarge and the Infamous Onion Ring. Seeing the whole ordeal laid out from beginning to end really puts into perspective just how bizarre that day was.
There are plenty of smaller pieces of history too, including original pizza boxes recovered from the incident, demonstrations explaining how the portals worked, and artifacts connected to Papa’s journey. And the museum remembered the younger visitors as well. Kids can step into an indoor batting cage, grab a plastic pizza paddle, and see how many flying cheeseballs they can knock back before time runs out.
For something many of us remember as one very strange chapter in Tastyville history, the exhibition does a remarkable job showing just how much happened once those pizzas came out of their boxes. And if the museum rolls out any more surprises during the exhibit’s month-long run, I’ll be here with the update, because Duke’s Gotcha covered!

Hiya friends!
Well, I just got my invitation to the Volcano Gala, the big fundraiser benefiting Ketona Beach, and I am already getting excited. I have a dress in mind, I have the shoes figured out, and now I just need to sort out the whole plus-one part.
Anyway, let’s head somewhere a whole lot colder and check in on Frostfield. It looks like fall has pretty much packed its bags over there, because winter is already starting to settle in.

We’ve got plenty of cold, cloudy weather ahead, with light snow and a few flurries hanging around through much of the week. Saturday could even see a little accumulation, with overnight temperatures dipping into the teens after that.
So bundle up, friends. Frostfield is getting an early taste of winter this week.

The Mumph here, and I know it is still years away, but I am already getting excited for the Summer Gurthletics here in Whiskview.
I just saw that, for the first time, they will be adding Team Duet Trampolining to the games. Now hear me out. I may not exactly be a trampolining guy, but if that can earn a spot in the Gurthletics, I would like to officially make the case for professional wrestling.
Think about it! The choreography, the storytelling, the timing, and holy smokes, the athletic ability. You cannot tell me that stuff does not belong on a world stage.
And I am not talking about Portallini sending Brutalino to wrestle Bix Bollard from Tacodale and calling it a day. Each city would enter an entire wrestling “team.” You need your face, your heel, the ref, your ring setup, the whole presentation. Then each city puts on a match and gets judged on athleticism, execution, storytelling, crowd reaction, all of it.
Tell me you would not watch that.
But enough of The Mumph trying to rewrite the Gurthletics rulebook. Let’s talk baseball, a sport that definitely will be making the trip.
Sakura Bay and Toastwood had a back-and-forth game.

The Turkeys jumped ahead 4-2 in the third, but Sakura Bay tied it in the fifth, grabbed two more in the sixth, and never gave the lead back.
Toastwood made one last push with two runs in the ninth, but the Samurais held on for the 8-6 win.
Yuzaki behind the plate takes MVP honors. Sakura Bay picks up its first win and moves to 1-2, while Toastwood drops to 0-3.
My two cents, Sakura Bay took a punch early, stayed patient, and slowly turned the whole ballgame around. That is a good way to get yourself back in the win column.

Hello out there…
With the latest Expedition Munchmore transmission now out in the wild, I have to ask a question I never expected to put to paper.
Is Sergeant Crushida Pepper… dare I say it… a good guy?
I know. Give me a moment too.
This is the same Sarge whose past exploits earned him an entire exhibit in Tastyville dedicated to the chaos he helped unleash on Gurth and beyond. You do not get to wipe away that kind of history with one heroic entrance.
But we also cannot ignore what just happened.
Sprout called for help, and Sarge answered. Alone. He went straight after Luau LePunch, freed Sprout and the others, and then joined their effort to recover the missing Snackimals. That is not nothing.
The question is why.
Sarge has plenty of personal skin in this fight. His own army of onions has disappeared, and I have to imagine there is some longstanding bitterness toward LePunch, the oversized tropical cocktail who rather quickly replaced him at Radley Madish’s side. Maybe Sarge is seeing the light. Or maybe Sarge is only siding with Sprout because they happen to share the same enemy.
For now, their interests align.
How long that lasts is another question entirely.
Believe me, I am rooting for a little onion redemption here. People can change. Apparently produce can too.
But Sarge has a very long road between “helpful ally” and “good guy,” and you know me well enough to know I will be watching every step.
And that’s The Scoop.
