On warm summer mornings, Clawedius Jaspurr Friskins can often be spotted strolling through the streets of New Pepperton, leading his large clowder of cats on their daily walk. C.J. resides in a cozy double-wide mobile home just outside of town, where he dedicates his time to finding forever homes for the many stray cats in the area.
