This week we wanted confirm that for the first time ever, Papa’s Pizzeria will be celebrating seasons and holidays!
One holiday that you will celebrate in the game is Starlight BBQ! During this time of the year, customers will be able to order all sorts of BBQ style ingredients like Smokey Bacon sauce and Burnt Ends. What are Burnt Ends you ask… learn all about them here: Burnt Ends Wikipedia.

This week we wanted to switch gears and show off something brand new that is coming to Papa’s Pizzeria HD… the Delivery Phone!
The original premise of Papa’s Pizzeria is that Papa Louie has left a lone delivery boy in charge of an entire pizzeria. So when the time came, we decided to forgo the whole Dining-Room Server hiring process for a more fitting Delivery Driver job.
First things first, to be able to take orders for delivery every pizzeria needs a good old-fashioned phone.
So we technically have two phones in Papa’s Pizzeria HD, one in the lobby and one in the back. While taking orders from customers in the lobby, occasionally the phone will start ringing with a “Take Order” button popping up above it.
When you click the button, the Delivery Driver will answer their phone and write down the customer’s order for delivery.
From there, you’ll make the order just like normal. However, in the end, your driver will deliver the order straight to that customer’s house!

In the original Papa’s Pizzeria, things were extremely simplified when it came to building a pizza. When it was time to make a pizza, you were presented with a premade pizza that had sauce and cheese already applied. Although this kept things nice and simple, it felt like something was missing.
So for Papa’s Pizzeria HD, we completely remade the whole pizza building process! Let us guide you through the new and improved Build Station…
The first step in building a pizza is choosing the crust, we’ll have traditional, crispy, along with a wide variety of other crusts that you’ll unlock as you play. Once you picked the correct crust, it’s time to choose the sauce.
When the sauce choices spin into place, you’ll notice a dashed circle who’s size is growing and receding. You’ll want to click on the correct sauce button when the circle is at its largest point. After that, the crust will be sauced based on your timing…
You will do the same thing for the cheese…
Once the pizza is sauced and cheesed, the toppings will roll in and you can place them on the pizza according to the customers specifications.
So now you can choose different crusts, sauces, and cheeses. The shear amount of unique pizzas you can make with theses different combinations is absolutely crazy!!!
