In most other towns, the end of the work day is marked with a dark sky and moon-lit streets. However, in Starlight City, the streets are packed with people all night long and into the wee hours of the morning. Most shops along the strip, including Papa’s Wingeria, mark the end of their workday with the bright, rising sun.
