This week we are diving into the the Build Station in Papa’s Bakeria To Go!

Once you have taken your first order of the day, you will head over to the Build Station. There you will choose the correct type of crust.

Once selected, the crust will slide up in a pan and the filling choices will come into view. You will be able to scroll through all the available flavors. Once the correct filling is highlighted, you can press the green pour button on the left side of the screen. This order is only one filling, but you will also find customers who order multiple layers of fillings in their pies. You can use the fill guide to the right of the pie to help you correctly portion out the ingredients.

Once the pie is filled up, you will then reach the final stage of the Build Station. The top crust styles will slide into view, and you will need to choose the correct one by scrolling through the choices and pressing the pie to drop the selected one. Some top crust styles, like streusel, will require you to drag the pie left and right as they pour out from above. Other orders may not require any top crust at all. In those scenarios, you would simply click the blue “no symbol” button on the left side of the screen. After the correct top crust style is chosen, your customer’s pie will slide over to the Bake Station.
